Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 관라이닝재의 경화상태와 기밀성의 검사를 동시에 효율적이고, 또한 정확하게 시행할 수 있는 라이닝재의 검사방법을 제공하는 것이다. 경화된 관라이닝재(3,4)에 의하여 본관(1)과 지관(2)에 라이닝을 시공한 다음 관라이닝재(3,4)의 모든 구멍을 에어플러그(5,6,7)로 기밀하게 밀폐하여 관라이닝재(3,4)내에 밀폐공간(S)을 형성하며 그 밀폐공간(S)내를 감압하므로써 관라이닝재(3)의 경화상태와 기밀성을 검사한다. 본 발명에 의하면 관라이닝재(3)에 경화불량부분이 있으면, 그 부분이 굴곡·변형하므로 라이트가 부설된 TV카메라(10)에 의하며 그 변형부분을 용이하게 발견할 수가 있으며 이에따라 관라이닝재(3)의 경화상태를 정확하게 검사할 수가 있다. 또, 관라이닝재(3,4)의 기밀성이 불충분하면 밀폐공간(S)의 내압이 상승하므로 진공계(24)에 의해 밀폐공간(S)의 내압을 감시하므로써 관라이닝재(3,4)의 기밀성이 용이하고, 또한 정확하게 검사할 수가 있다.

제1도는, 본 발명에 관계되는 관라이닝재의 검사방법을 설명하기 위한 관로의 단면도.
Claims (5)
- 경화된 관라이닝재에 의하여 관로내주면에 라이닝을 시공한 다음 관라이닝재의 모든 개구부를 기밀하게 밀폐하고 밀폐된 관라이닝재의 내부를 감압하므로써 그 관라이닝재의 경화상태 및 기밀성을 검사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관라이닝재의 검사방법.
- 제1항에 있으며, 상기 관라이닝재의 개구부는 스토퍼가 부설된 에어플러그에 의하여 기밀하게 밀폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관라이닝재의 검사방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관라이닝재의 적어도 1개의 개구부는 이동가능한 이동용 에어플러그에 의하여 기밀하게 밀폐되고, 그 이동용 에어플러그의 앞쪽 끝에는 라이트가 부설된 TV카메라가 설치되며, 그 라이트가 부설된 TV카메라에 의하여 관라이닝재의 상태를 감시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관라이닝재의 검사방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이동용 에어플러그는, 그 내압과 상기 관라이닝재의 내압의 제어에 의하여 관라이닝재내를 이동하고, 그 이동속도는 그 이동용 에어플러그의 후단에 설치된 로프에 의하여 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관라이닝재의 검사방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀폐된 상기 관라이닝재의 내압은, 진공계와 안전밸브를 사용하여 소정치로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관라이닝재의 검사방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
