Claims (6)
- 금속산화물을 도프한 BaTiO3를 기체로 하는 세라믹스 재료 조성물의 소결체에 통전하여 발열시키는 트랜스리스 발열체에서, BaTiO3를 기체로 하는 세라믹스 재료 조성물의 소결체는 정특성 서미스터이고, 정특성 서미스터의 전압-전류특성은 전압 Vx을 가로축, 전류 Iy를 세로축으로 하는 직각좌표에 있어서,Vx+Iy=a(a는 상수)의 조건을 만족하는 영역을 갖는 것이고, 이 조건을 만족하는 영역은 어떤 값의 전압과, 그 전압의 적어도 2배의 전압와의 범위에 걸치는 것임을 특징으로 하는 트랜스리스 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전압 Vx을 가로축, 전류 Iy를 세로축으로 하는 직각좌표에 있어서, Vx+Iy=a의 조건을 만족하는 영역은 적어도 100V~240V의 범위를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 트랜스리스 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서, BaTiO3를 기체로 하는 세라믹스 재료 조성은 SiO2와 Mn을 포함하고, 정특성 서미스터의 전압-전류특성은 조성물에 포함되는 SiO2와 Mn의 첨가량에 의하여 결정된 것임을 특징으로 하는 트랜스리스 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서, BaTiO3를 기체로 하는 재료 조성물은 화학식(BaPbCaY)TiO3+SiO2+Mn으로 표시되고, 재료 조성중에 첨가된 SiO2와 Mn와의 첨가량은 실질적으로,SiO20.1중량%Mn 0.020중량%임을 특징으로 하는 트랜스리스 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서, BaTiO3를 기체로 하는 자료 조성물은, 화학식(BaPbSrY)TiO3+SiO2+Mn로 표시되고, 재료 조성중에 첨가된 SiO2와 Mn와의 첨가량은 실질적으로,SiO20.1중량%Mn 0.020중량%임을 특징으로 하는 트랜스리스 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2 이상의 정특성 서미스터의 조합을 갖는 발열체에서, 각각의 정특성 서미스터의 상온저항이 서로 다른 것임을 특징으로 하는 트랜스리스 발열체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
