Abstract

Se prepara un termistor de coeficiente de temperatura positiva de uncuerpo sinterizado de una composición de material de cerámica que tiene unsubstrato de BaTi03 con óxido metálico. Por lo tanto, cuandola presente invención se usa en países o áreas en donde se utilizan tantovoltajes comerciales de 110 V como de 200 V, puede obtenerse casi unacierta temperatura, sin cambiar voltaje mediante un transformador.
