Description

자동차 비상등시 회전방향 지시장치
제1도는 본 고안의 구동 회로도.
제2도는 본 고안의 판단 회로도.
본 고안은 자동차 비상등시 회전방향 지시장치에 관한 것으로 전후에 설치된 좌우비상등을 깜박이며 주행하는 비상등 주행시에도 회전방향의 지시 기능이 수행되게 한 장치이다.
종래 차량의 비상등 시스템은 비상등 스위치 ON시 모든 방향지시등이 깜박이는 것이므로 주행중의 방향전환시에는 회전방향을 지시할 수 없어 추돌등 교통사고가 발생하는 위험이 높은 것이다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 결점을 제거코저 방향지시등이 비상으로 사용되는 비상등시 회전방향등 스위치를 ON하면 해당 회전 방향지시등이 반대편보다 더 빨리 깜박거림으로서 시각 차이를 유발하여 전방 및 후방차량이 이를 쉽게 인지할 수 있게한 것이다.
이하 고안의 요지를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
비상등 스위치(HS)가 깜박이 유니트(BU)에 연결되어 방향지시스위치(LH)(RH)의 작동에 의해 비상등겸 방향지시등(L1)(L2)(L3)(L4)이 깜박이며 점등되게 하는 비상등 및 방향지시등 장치에 있어서, 신속 깜박이 유니트(FBU)를 병렬 연결하고 이를 스위칭 트랜지스터(TR1)(TR2)(TR3)(TR4)에 연결, 비상등겸 방향지시등 (L1) (L2)(L3)(L4)에 병열 연결된 구동회로의 비상등스위치(HS)와 방향지시스위치(LH)(RH) 및 스위칭 트랜지스터(TR1)(TR2)(TR3)(TR4)는 EX-NOR1, EX-NOR2, EX-NOR3과 엔드게이트(AND1)(AND2)로 이루어진 판단회로의 출력단(1-8)에 연결되어 비상등시 좌우방향지시스위치의 ON에 의하여 다른쪽 방향 지시등보다 신속히 깜박이게 하여 회전상태를 표시할 수 있게한 구조이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안 장치는 제2도의 판단회로와 제1도의 구동회로로 구성되며 판단 회로에서 구동회로에 출력으로 보냄으로써 구동회로가 작동된다. 출력단(1-8)은 상호 회로로 연결되어 있다.
판단회로는 방향지시스위치 및 비상등 스위치가 작동되었는지를 판단하는 회로로써 EX-NOR1은 방향지시스위치(LH)가 ON되면 1을 출력하고, OFF되면 0를 출력하며 EX-NOR2는 비상등 스위치(HS)가 ON되면 0을 출력하고 EX-NOR3은 방향지시스위치(RH)가 ON되면 1을, OFF되면 0을 출력하게 된다.
AND1은 방향지시스위치(LH)와 비상등 스위치가 동시에 ON되는 것을 판단하는 회로로써 동시에 ON되면 5번은 0로, 6번은 1로 출력된다.
AND2는 방향지시스위치(RH)와 비상등스위치(HS)가 동시에 ON되는 것을 판단하는 회로로써 동시에 ON되면 7번은 0로, 8번은 1로 출력된다.
구동회로는 판단회로에서는 스위치 상태가 판단된 신호가 나오면 그 신호를 받아 적당한 신호를 출력으로 내보내는 회로이다.
비상등 스위치(HS) ON, 방향지시스위치(LH)가 동시에 ON시 5번은 0으로, 6번은 1로 출력된다. 5번이 0으로 되면 트랜지스터(TR1)은 OFF가 되어 비상등 스위치(HS)를 통해 인가되는 신호를 차단하게 되고 동시에 6번이 1로 되므로 트랜지스터(TR4)가 작동되어 신속 깜박이 유니트(FBU)를 통하여 방향지시스위치(LH)쪽등이 점등되어(평상시의 2배) 방향지시를 알려준다.
비상등 스위치(HS) ON, 방향지시스위치(RH)가 동시에 ON시 7번은 0으로, 8번은 1로 출력된다. 7번이 0으로 되면 트랜지스터(TR2)는 OFF되어 비상등 스위치(HS)를 통해 인가되는 신호를 차단하게 되고 동시에 8번이 1로 되므로 트랜지스터(TR3)이 작동되어 신속 깜박이 유니트(FBU)를 통하여 방향지시스위치(RH)쪽 등이 빠르게 점등되어(평상시의 2배) 방향지시를 알려준다. 신속 깜박이 유니트(FBU)의 속도는 판저항값만 변경하면 쉽게 구성되며 본 고안은 비상등 스위치와 방향지시 스위치를 동시에 ON시키지 않고 한개의 스위치만 작동시에는 현재 시스템의 작동과 동일하여 운전에 아무런 지장을 주지 않는 것이다.
그러므로 본 고안은 차량의 비상등시 주행중 회전시에도 앞뒤 차량에게 회전신호를 인지시켜 안전사고를 예방할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 비상등 스위치(HS)가 깜박이 유니트(BU)에 연결되어 방향지시스위치(LH)(RH)의 작동에 의해 비상등겸 방향지시등(L1)(L2)(L3)(L4)이 깜박이며 점등되게 하는 비상등 및 방향지시등 장치에 있어서, 신속 깜박이 유니트(FBU)를 병열 연결하고 이를 스위칭 트랜지스터(TR1)(TR2)(TR3)(TR4)에 연결, 비상등겸 방향지시등(L1)(L2)(L3)(L4)에 병열 연결된 구동회로의 비상등스위치(HS)와 방향지시스위치(LH)(RH) 및 스위칭 트랜지스터(TR1)(TR2)(TR3)(TR4)는, EX-NOR1, EX-NOR2, EX-NOR3과 엔드게이트(AND1)(AND2)로 이루어진 판단회로의 출력단(1-8)에 연결되어 비상등시 좌우방향 지시스위치와 ON에 의하여 다른쪽 방향 지시등보다 신속히 깜박이며 회전상태를 표시할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 "자동차 비상등시 회전방향 지시 장치".
