Abstract

본 발명은 약 30℃ 내지 50℃, 바람직하게는 40℃ 내지 50℃의 온도로 수중에서, 결정성 일수화물 이외의 로라카베프 형태, 예를들면 에탄올 결정, 아세톤 결정, 결정성 이수화물, 아세토니트릴 결정, 메탄올 결정, 프로판올 결정, 에틸 아세테이트 결정, 메틸렌 클로라이드 결정, 결정성 비스(DMF) 및 결정성 모노(DMF) 형태를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 결정성 일수화물 형태의 하기 구조식(I) 화합물의 제조방법을 제공한다. 전환은 또한 약 90℃ 내지 100℃의 온도에서 포화된 증기에 로라카베프 형태를 노출시키므로써 이룩할 수 있다. 본 발명의 또다른 태양은 비스(DMF) 용매화물 형태의 구조식(I) 화합물을 각각의 용매로 슬러리하므로써 상기 언급된 결정 형태를 제조하는데 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. (a) 약 30℃ 내지 60℃의 수중에서, 결정성 일수화물 형태 이외의 하기 구조식(I) 화합물을 혼합하거나 ; 또는 (b) 약 90℃ 내지 약 100℃의 온도에서 포화된 증기에 결정성 일수화물 형태 이외의 하기 구조식(I) 화합물을 노출시킴을 포함하는 결정성 일수화물 형태의 하기 구조식(I) 화합물의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형태가 에탈올 결정, 아세톤 결정, 아세토니트릴 결정, 메탄올 결정, 프로판올 결정, 에틸 아세테이트 결정 또는 메틸렌 클로라이드 결정 형태인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 용매로 결정성 비스(DMF) 용매화물 형태의 화합물을 슬러리하므로써 용매 결정 형태의 상기 화합물을 형성하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
