Abstract
(구성) 산화세륨, 산화지르코늄 및 산화하프늄을 함유하는 복합산화물로서, 이 복합산화물은 산화세륨 4.99∼98.99중량%와 산화지르코늄 1∼95중량%와 산화하프늄 0.01∼20중량%를 함유하며, 또한 400∼700℃에서, 100μ㏖/g 이상의 산소흡수ㆍ방출능을 가지며, 900℃, 5시간 가열후의 비표면적이 10㎡/g 이상을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소흡수ㆍ방출능을 가지는 복합산화물 및 그 제조방법.
(효과) 본 발명의 복합산화물은 우수한 산소흡수ㆍ방출능을 가지며, 또한 900℃, 5시간 가열후의 비표면적 10㎡/g 이상이라고 하는 고온내구성을 나타내므로, 촉매분야 및 세라믹스 분야에 있어서 극히 유용하다. 또 본 발명의 제조방법에서는, 상기 복합산화물을 재현성 좋게 용이하게 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 산화세륨, 산화지르코늄 및 산화하프늄을 함유하는 복합산화물로서, 이 복합산화물은, 산화세륨 4.99∼98.99중량%, 산화지르코늄 1∼95중량% 및 산화하프늄 0.01∼20중량%을 함유하며, 또한 400∼700℃에서, 100μ㏖/g 이상의 산소흡수ㆍ방출능을 가지며, 900℃, 5시간 가열후의 비표면적인 10㎡/g 이상을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소흡수ㆍ방출능을 가지는 복합산화물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복합산화물이 다시 산화티타늄, 산화텅스텐, 산화니켈, 산화구리, 산화철, 산화알루미늄, 산화규소, 산화베릴륨, 산화마그네슘, 산화칼슘, 산화스트론튬, 산화바륨, 산화라듐, 세륨이외의 희토류금속산화물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소흡수ㆍ방출능을 가지는 복합산화물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 세륨이온, 지르코늄이온 및 하프늄이온을 함유하는 용액과, 암모니아 수용액, 중탄산암모늄 수용액 또는 옥살산수용액을 혼합하여 세륨, 지르코늄 및 하프늄 함유 복합염 침전물을 조제한 후, 이 복합염 침전물을 300℃ 이상에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소흡수ㆍ방출능을 가지는 복합산화물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
