Abstract

Claims (10)

  1. 억제될 잡음을 나타내는 잡음 센서 신호를 발생시키기 위한 잡음 센서(110), 에러 신호를 발생시키기 위한 에러센서(154), 및 소거 음향 신호를 발생시키기 위한 음향 출력 장치(152)를 포함하는 선정된 잡음 밴드폭 상의 잡음을 억제하기 위한 활성 잡음 소거기 시스템(100)에 있어서, 상기 잡음 센서 신호 및 상기 에러 신호에 응답하는 다수의 적응형 필터 채널(120 및 140)을 포함하고, 각 채널은 상기 잡음 밴드폭을 포함하는 선정된 주파수 서브 밴드 상에서만 동작하도록 제한되고, 적응형 필터 웨이트의 갱신시 지연을 이용하여 상기 채널이 동작하는 상기 주파수 서브 밴드에서의 동작에 있어서 안정성을 달성하며, 각 채널이 채널 출력 신호를 생성하며, 상기 소거 음향 신호를 발생시키는 상기 음향 출력 장치를 구동시키기 위한 결합신호를 제공하기 위해 상기 다수의 출력 신호들을 결합하기 위한 수단 (150)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 잡음 소거기 시스템.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 각 채널(120 및 140)은 상기 채널에 대한 각각의 주파수 서브 밴드 내의 신호 주파수 성분만을 통과시키도록 상기 잡음 센서 신호 및 상기 에러 신호를 필터링함으로써 상기 채널이 상기 주파수 서브 밴드 상에서 동작하도록 제한하기 위한 밴드 패스 필터 수단(121 및 130)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 잡음 소거기 시스템.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 각 채널(120 및 140)이 재귀적인 적응형 필터 수단(138)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 잡음 소거기 시스템.
  4. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 주파수 서브 밴드가 상기 잡음 밴드폭을 포괄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 잡음 소거기 시스템.
  5. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 각 채널(120 및 140)은 선정된 지연만큼 지연된 상기 잡음 센서 신호의 지연된 버전을 제공하기 위한 지연 수단(125), 및 상기 채널을 포함하는 적응형 필터 수단(123)에 대한 적응형 필터 웨이트 입력을 갱신하기 위해 상기 잡음 센서 신호의 상기 지연된 버전에 응답하는 적응형 필터 웨이트 갱신 논리 수단(26)을 포함하고, 각각의 채널에 대한 각각의 지연값이 서로 다른 지연값인 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 잡음 소거기 시스템.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 적응형 필터 채널이 제 1패스 밴드를 갖고 있고 상기 잡음 센서 신호르 필터링하기 위한 제 1밴드 패스 필터 수단(121), 상기 제 1패스 밴드를 갖고 있고 상기 음향 센서에 의해 발생된 신호들을 필터링하기 위한 제 2밴드 패스 필터 수단(130), 상기 제 1 밴드 패스 필터에 의해 필터링된 잡음 센서 신호들을 선정된 제 1시간 지연만큼 지연시키기 위한 제 1지연 수단(125), 및 상기 제 1및 제 2밴드 패스 필터 수단(121 및 130)과 상기 제 1지연 수단(125)에 결합된 다수의 입력을 갖고 있으며 제 1필터 출력을 제공하는 제 1적응형 필터 수단을 포함하고, 상기 잡음 센서(110) 및 상기 음향 센서(154)에 결합되어 있는 제 1소거 채널(120) ; 및 제 2패스 밴드를 갖고 있고 상기 잡음 센서 신호를 필터링하기 위한 제 3밴드 패스 필터 수단, 상기 제 2패스 밴드를 갖고 있고 상기 음향 센서 신호들을 필터링하기 위한 제 4밴드 패스 필터 수단, 상기 제 3밴드 패스에 의해 필터링된 잡음 센서 신호들을 선정된 제 2시간 지연만큼 지연시키기 위한 제 2지연 수단, 및 상기 제 2밴드 패스 필터 수단, 상기 음향 센서 수단 및 상기 제 2지연 수단에 결합된 다수의 입력을 갖고 있으며 제 2필터 출력을 제공하는 제 2적응형 필터 수단을 포함하고, 상기 잡음 센서 및 상기 음향 센서에 결합되어 있는 제 2소거 채널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 잡음 소거기 시스템.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 제 1적응형 필터수단이 다수의 제 1필터 웨이트, 및 상기 제 1필터 웨이트를 조정하기 위해 상기 음향 센서로부터의 상기 제2밴드 패스에 의해 필터링된 신호들에 응답하는 제 1웨이트 갱신논리 수단(126)을 포함하고, 상기제 2적응형 필터 수단이 다수의 제 2필터 웨이트, 및 상기 제 2필터 웨이트를 조정하기 위한 상기 음향 센서로부터의 상기 제 4밴드 패스에 의해 필터링된 신호에 응답하는 제 2웨이트 갱신 논리 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 잡음 소거기 시스템.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 제 1시간 지연이 상기 제 2시간 지연과 동일하지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 잡음 소거기 시스템.
  9. 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 제 1및 제 2필터 출력신호들이 디지탈화된 신호들이고, 상기 결합수단(150)이 디지탈 가산기 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 잡음 소거기 시스템.
