Abstract

프레임(1)과 수직부재(2)는 프레임(1)에 고정된 T형 연결부(3 및 4)에 의해 서로 연결된다. 기계적 연결을 위해, 수직부재(2)를 관통하여 T형 연결부(3 및 4)의 수용채널(7 및 8)내로 맞물리는 볼트(9 및 10)가 사용된다.
각각의 접합 영역에서, T형 연결부(3 및 4)는 접착제 분배채널(11,12)을 가지며, 상기 접착제 분배 채널은 수직부재(2)내에 주입구(19 및 20)을 통해 외부로부터 접근 가능하다. 또한, 접착제 분배채널(11,12)이 횡방향개구(17,18)를 가지므로, 두 부재(1 및 2)의 조립후 적합한 접착제가 주입구(19 및 20)를 통해 하부 접합 영역내로 주입될 수 있다.

제4도는 제1도의 실시예에 따른 T형 연결부의 정면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 두 부재, 특히 프레임과 수직부재사이의 T형 연결장치로서, 수직부재의 중공 챔버내로 삽입되는 적어도 하나의 T형 연결부가 프레임에 고정되고, 상기 T형 연결부는 나사 또는 볼트 등에 의해 수직부재에 기계적으로 연결되며 적어도 프레임과 수직부재 사이의 접합영역에서 부가적으로 수직부재에 접착되는 T형 연결장치에 있어서, T형 연결부(3,3a,4,4a)가 프레임(1)에 대해 평행하게 뻗은 그리고 수직부재내에 있는 적어도 하나의 주입구(19,20)를 통해 접근가능한 접착제 분배 채널(11,11a,12,12a)을 가지며, 상기 접착제 분배 채널은 프레임(1)에 대해 평행하게 뻗은 수직부재(2)의 중공챔버벽(13,14,15,16)쪽으로 뻗은 적어도 하나의 횡방향 개구(17,18)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 두 부재사이의 T형 연결장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접착제 분배 채널(11,11a,12,12a)이 종방향으로 뻗어 개방되며 단지 대응하는 중공 챔버벽에 의해서만 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두 부재사이의 T형 연결장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 접착제 분배 채널(11,12)이 T형 연결부(3,4)의 앞면이 개방된 중공 챔버로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두 부재사이의 T형 연결장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 접착제 분재 채널이 프레임(1)에 대해 평행하게 뻗은, T형 연결부(3a,4a)의 한 측면이 개방된 홈(11a,12a) 및 개방된 홈 측면과 마주보는 수직부재(2)의 중공챔버력(13,14,15,16)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두 부재사이의 T형 연결장치.
  5. 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항또는 다수항에 있어서, 횡방향 개구(17)가 횡방향 보어로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두 부재 사이의 T형 연결장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항 또는 다수항에 있어서, 횡방향 개구(18)가 횡방향 슬롯의 형태로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두 부재사이의 T형 연결장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 횡방향 보어(17)가 수직부재(2)의 종축에 대해 경사지게 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 두 부재사이의 T형 연결장치.
