Abstract
불포화 알데히드 또는 불포화 알데히드 함유 가스를 산화 촉매의 존재하에 접촉 기상 산화하여 대응하는 불포화 카르복실산을 제조할 때 반응계 내에 발생하여 퇴적하는 고체 유기물을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 이 고체 유기물을 적어도 3용량%의 분자상 산소 및 적어도 0.1용량%의 수증기를 함유하는 혼합가스와 260~450℃의 온도에서 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

Claims (12)
- 불포화 알데히드 또는 불포화 알데히드 함유 가스를 산화 촉매의 존재하에 접촉 기상 산화하여 대응하는 불포화 카르복실산을 제조할 때 반응계 내에 발생하여 퇴적하는 고체 유기물을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 고체 유기물을 3용량%이상의 분자상 산소 및 0.1용량%이상의 수증기를 함유하는 혼합가스와 260~420℃의 온도에서 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응계 내의 기기내에 발생하여 퇴적하는 고체 유기물을 제거하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 분자상 산소의 함량이 3~20용량%인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수증기의 함량이 1~75용량%인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 접촉처리를 260~450℃의 범위의 온도에서 실시하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응계 내의 산화촉매상에 발생하여 퇴적하는 고체 유기물을 제거함으로써 산화촉매를 재생하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 산화촉매가 몰리브덴-바나듐계 산화촉매인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 분자상 산소의 함량이 3~19용량%인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 수증기의 함량이 0.1~75용량%인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 접촉처리를 300~450℃의 범위의 온도에서 실시하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환원에 의해 촉매활성이 저하된 산화촉매를 3용량% 이상의 분자상 산소 및 0.1용량% 이상의 수증기를 함유하는 혼합가스와 260~450℃의 온도에서 접촉시킴으로써 재생하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 산화촉매가 몰리브덴-바나듐계 산화촉매인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
