Abstract
유기요오드 화합물, 금속요오드, 화합물, 요오드 이온, 불포화 화합물 및 카르보닐 화합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 한가지 성분을 불순물로서 함유하는 아세트산의 정제방법에 있어서, 아세트산을 적어도 30개의 단을 갖는 증류탑에 의해 그 증류탑을 40 내지 760mmHg의 범위의 압력하에 적어도 4의 환류비로 조작하여 정제하는 것으로 이루어지는 아세트산의 정제방법은 정제될 아세트산에 어떠한 화학약품도 첨가할 필요없이 그리고 많은 에너지를 가할 필요없이 경제적으로 과망간산 칼륨시험에서 높은 점수를 나타내는 고품질 아세트산을 제공한다.

Claims (5)
- 유기요오드 화합물, 금속요오드, 화합물, 요오드 이온, 불포화 화합물 및 카르보닐 화합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 한가지 성분을 불순물로서 함유하는 아세트산의 정제방법에 있어서, 아세트산을 적어도 30개의 단을 갖는 증류탑에 의해 그 증류탑을 40 내지 760mmHg의 범위의 압력하에 적어도 4의 환류비로 조작하여 정제하는 것으로 이루어지는 아세트산의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정제될 아세트산이, 로듐촉매, 물, 아세트산 및 요오드화메틸을 함유하는 반응매질중에서, 메탄올, 아세트산메틸 및 물의 혼합물 또는 아세트산메틸, 메탄올 및 물의 혼합물과 일산화탄소를 사용하여, 메탄올의 카르보닐화에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산의 정제방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응매질이 증류탑의 탑 정부 유출액을 전부 또는 일부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정제된 제품 아세트산이 증기 또는 액체의 상태로 증류탑 밖으로 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불순물 성분이 크로톤알데히드, 에틸크로톤알데히드 및 2-메틸-2-펜텐알인 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산의 정제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
