Abstract

본 발명은 제2분출구로부터 내부로 먼지가 침입하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 샤워 헤드를 제공한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 스프레이 하우징(5)의 앞끝단에 배치한 분출구를 구비한 스프레이 시이트(27)와, 스프레이 하우징(5)내에 배치한 제1 및 제2공급구(73),(77)를 가지는 디스트리뷰터(19)와, 스프레이 하우징(5)내에 끼워져서 디스트리뷰터(19)내를 이동가능한 주입구(121)를 가지는 셀렉터(43)와, 디스트리뷰터(19)의 왼쪽끝단(81)에 설치한 제1챔버(82)와, 제2챔버(82)의 앞끝단에 설치한 직선형상 분출구(89)와, 제1챔버(82)내를 이동가능한 돌출부(101) 및 덮개부(99)를 가지는 니들밸브(23)와, 니들밸브(23)을 가세하는 코일 스프링(177)을 구비한 샤워 노즐(1)이 제공된다. 셀렉터(43)가 니들밸브(23)의 덮개부(99)를 눌려 직선형상 분출 등을 하게 하는 경우에만, 직선형상분출구(89)가 디스트리뷰터(19)의 내부와 연이어 통한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 축을 형성하는 하우징과, 상기 하우징에 설치되어 있으며 직선형상의 분출을 위한 제1분출구 및 상기 제1분출구와는 다른 종류의 분출을 위한 제2분출구가 제공되어 있는 샤워 페이스와, 상기 하우징에 의해 형성되어서 상기 제1분출구를 접속되어 있는 제1챔버와, 상기 하우징에 의해 형성되어서 상기 제1챔버로 부터 분리된 상태로 상기 제2분출구에 접속되어있는 제1챔버와, 상기 하우징내에 고정되어서 상기 제1분출구와 상기 제2분출구에 물을 급수하며 상기 제1챔버에 접속되어 있는 제1개구부 및 상기 제2챔버에 접속되어 있는 제2개구부를 가지는 급수관과, 상기 제1챔버내에 지지되어 있으며 상기 제1개구부를 닫도록 스프링에 의해 힘을 받고 있는 밸브와, 상기 급수관에 미끄럼 이동가능하게 부착되어 있으며 제1위치와 제2위치 사이를 이동하여서 상기 제1개구부 또는 상기 제2개구부에 급수접속을 하는 셀렉터 밸브와, 그리고 상기 제2개구부로부터 급수되는 상기 제1위치와 상기 제1개구부로부터 급수되며 상기 밸브가 상기 스프링의 힘에 대항하여 열리는 제2위치와의 사이에서 상기 셀렉터 밸브를 미끄럼 이동시키기 위한 수단을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 셀렉터 밸브가 상기 제1위치에 있을 때에는 상기 제2개구부로부터 물을 분출하고, 상기 셀렉터 밸브가 상기 제2위치에 있을 때에는 상기 제1개구부로부터 물을 분출하도록 구성된 샤워 헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2위치에서 상기 셀렉터 밸브가 상기 스프링 작동밸브와 접촉함으로써 상기 스프링 작동밸브를 개구시키는 샤워 헤드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 작동밸브가 이동하면 상기 제1분출구로부터 돌출이 가능한 니들밸브를 상기 스프링 작동밸브가 포함함으로써, 상기 제1분출구로부터의 물의 분출을 조정 및 제어하는 샤워 헤드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 급수관이 원통형상이며, 상기 제1개구부가 상기 급수관의 길이방향으로 개방됨으로써 상기 셀렉터 밸브가 상기 스프링 작동밸브와 접촉하여서 상기 스프링 가세밸브를 개방시키고, 상기 제2개구부는 상기 급수관의 반경방향으로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 셀렉터 밸브는 스풀 밸브인 샤워 헤드.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 샤워페이스가 복수의 분출구멍을 형성하여 가는 물의 분출을 가능하게 하는 샤워 헤드.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하우징에 의해 형성되고 상기 제1 및 제2챔버로부터 분리되어 있는 제3챔버가 상기 분출구멍에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 급수관이 상기 제3챔버를 경유하여 상기 분출구멍에 급수를 하기 위한 반경방향으로 설치되어 있는 제3개구부를 가지는 샤워 헤드.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 셀렉터 밸브가 미끄럼 이동가능하게 설치됨으로써 상기 제3개구부에 선택적으로 급수접속하며, 미끄럼 이동수단은 상기 제3개구부에 급수되는 제3위치로 상기 셀렉터 밸브를 이동시키기 위한 수단이기도 한 샤워 헤드.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징을 상기 축을 중심으로 상기 샤워 헤드의 고정부분에 대해 회전시킴으로써 물의 분출의 종류가 선택되며, 상기 미끄럼 이동수단이 상기 하우징과 상기 셀렉터 밸브 사이에서 스플라인식으로 결합됨으로써 상기 축을 중심으로 하는 상기 하우징과 상기 셀렉터 밸브 사이의 위치가 유지되며, 상기 미끄럼 이동수단이 상기 미끄럼 이동가능한 수단과 상기 고정부분 사이에서 나사로 결합됨으로써, 상기 하우징이 회전하면 상기 셀렉터 밸브가 상기 제1 및 제2위치를 미끄럼 이동하는 샤워 헤드.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 셀렉터 밸브가 상기 제2위치에 있을 경우, 상기 스프링 작동밸브만을 개구시키는 샤워 헤드.
