Abstract

Claims (10)

  1. 파이버 광전송선과 기판에 설치된 광전자 장치를 결합하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 장치가 광전자 장치의 작동축이 파이버 광전송선의 광전송축과 일치하지 않도록 파이버 광전송선을 기판에 설치하기 위한 수단, 및 광전자장치로부터 방출된 적어도 일부분의 빛을 파이버 광전송선의 광전송축을 따라 향하게 하거나 파이버 광전송선으로부터 방출된 적어도 일부분의 빛을 광전자 장치의 작동축을 따라 향하게 하기 위한 광전자 장치와 작동적 광학적으로 연결되는 광굴절수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이버 광결합장치.
  2. 상기 기판이 인쇄회로기판인 제1항의 결합장치.
  3. 상기 광전자 장치가 상기 인쇄회로기판에 표면 설치된 제2항의 결합장치.
  4. 광전자 장치의 작동축이 상기 인쇄회로기판의 평면에 수직인 제2항의 결합장치.
  5. 파이버 광전송선을 기판에 설치하기 위한 수단이 광슬리브인 제1항의 결합.
  6. 상기 광슬리브가 파이버 광전송선의 광전송축과 거의 일치하는 축을 가진 구멍을 형성하는 제5항의 결합장치.
  7. 상기 구멍이 거의 원통형의 구멍인 제6항의 결합장치.
  8. 상기 광전자 장치의 작동축이 파이버 광전송선의 광전송축과 약90°의 각으로 교차하는 제1항의 결합장치.
  9. 기판이 거의 평면인 기판으로 구성되며, 광전자 장치의 작동축이 상기 기판의 평면에 거의 수직인 제1항의 결합장치.
  10. 파이버 광전송선의 광전송축이 기판의 평면에 평행한 제9항의 결합장치.
