Claims (6)
- 제1서브 마운트(2)상의 제1광 도파관(3)으로부터 에너지를 제2서브 마운트(4)상의 제2광 도파관(5)에 결합하는 광 결합 장치에 있어서, 구형 반사 표면(22)은 제1광 도파관(3)으로부터 전달된 광에너지를 제2광 도파관(5)에 반사적으로 결합하기 위해 위치하고, 제1서브 마운트(2)는 제2서브 마운트(4)보다 더 가까이 반사 표면에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광결합 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2광 도파관(5)의 개구수가 제1광 도파관(3)의 개구수보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 광결합 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1광 도파관(3)은 반사 표면(22)으로부터 반사된 광에너지 부분을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광결합 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제1광 도파관(3)은 제1서브 마운트(2)의 경사 표면(2a)에, 제2광 도파관(5)은 제2서브 마운트(4)의 경사 표면(4a)에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광결합 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 반사 표면의 광축은 제1광 도파관 및 제2광 도파관의 광축을 둘로 분할하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광결합 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제1광 도파관(3)은 반도체 레이저 다이오드이고 제2광 도파관(5)은 광섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 광결합 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
