Claims (1)

  1. 최소한 반도체 기판에 형성되어 있는 1 또는 2 이상의 광검출기와, 이 광검출기의 수광면에 접면하여, 제1의 반투과 반사면에서 입사된 되돌아오는 광을 상기한 광검출기의 수광면에 조사하는 곳과 같은 제2의 반투과 반사면을 갖는 프리즘과, 상기 제1의 반투과 반사면에 레이저 광을 입사하는 반도체 레이저 발광원으로 이루어지며, 상기 반도체 기판과 상기 프리즘의 경계면에는, 상기한 제1의 반투과 반사면에서 입사된 소정의 입사각 이상의 미광이 거의 전반사 되는 것과 같은 굴절율로 된 2층 이상의 코우팅층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저 장치.
