제3도는 판형 본체(1)가 편평하게 집속된 광학도파관(2)으로 이루어져 있으며, 집속된 광학 도파관.

- 하나 이상의 광학 도파관이 연결된 판형 광흡수체로 이루어진 광 검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학 도파관이 판형 본체의 가장자리에 결합된 광 검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 판형 본체가 원형인 광 검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 판형 본체의 두께가 0.1 내지 5㎜인 광 검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 판형 본체 및 광학 도파관이 투명한 중합체로 이루어진 광 검출기.
- 제1항에서 청구된 광 검출기가 광 차단기로서 사용되는 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
