Claims (6)
- 집적화된 하나의 단과 분기된 다른 단을 가진 N개(N은 적어도 2인 정수를 표시)의 광학섬유와 N개의 광학 결합기 부분을 포함하는 광학 결합기에서, 각각의 광분기-결합 광학 섬유의 상부 단은 광학 섬유축에 각(θ)로 경사진 경사 분기 섬유-인접 평면과 상기 인접 평면에 수직인 광-결합 평면을 갖춘 360°/N의 평면을 가지며, 각각의 광학 결합기 부분은 광학 섬유의 분기 섬유-인접 평면과 같은 평면을 가진 블럭의 광학 섬유-유지 구멍과 상기 인접 평면에 수직인 광-결합 평면에서 광 분기-결합 광학 섬유를 삽입함으로써 구성되고, 광학 결합기 부분의 분기 섬유-인접 평면은 광학 결합기를 구성하기 위해 서로 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 결합기.
- 광학 결합기의 제조 공정은 광학 섬유의 광-결합 평면과 같은 평면과 광학 섬유의 인접 평면과 같은 평면을 가진 블럭의 광학 섬유-삽입 구멍과, 광학 섬유-인접 평면과 같은 평면과 광학 섬유-결합 평면과 같은 평면 사이에서 연결부로 부터 섬유축에 360°/N(N은 적어도 2인 정수를 표시)의 각을 가진 블럭의 광학 섬유-인접 평면에서 광 분기-결합 광학 섬유의 배열을 포함하여 광학 섬유의 상부단은 광학 섬유-삽입 구멍의 상부 단으로 부터 약간 돌출하고, 열 처리 장치에 의해서 광학 섬유의 돌출부를 열-처리하는 것은 인접 평면과 광-결합 평면을 형성하고, 블럭에서 삽입된 광학 섬유의 돌출부의 성형변형을 하도록 광학 섬유-인접 평면과 같은 평면과, 광-결합 평면과 같은 블럭의 평면과, 맞물릴 수 있는 가열판을 가지며, 광 분기-결합부를 구성하기 위해 블럭에 광학 섬유를 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 결합기의 제조 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광 분비-결합부에 배열된 광학 섬유의 상부 단의 인접 평면과 광학 섬유의 축 사이의 각(θ)이 3°내지 30°인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 결합기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 광 분기-결합부에 배열된 광학 섬유의 상부 단의 인접 평면과 섬유의 축 사이의 각 (θ)이 3° 내지 30°인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 결합기의 제조 공정.
- 광 분기-결합부를 만들기 위해 블럭을 고정시키기 위한 유지 부재와, 블럭에 배열된 광학 섬유의 단표면의 열 처리를 위한 거울 표면판과, 열 처리를 위한 거울 표면판의 뒤쪽 표면에 빗대어서 인접할 수 있는 가열기 포함하고, 상기 부재가 배열된 하우징 위에 슬라이드 장치를 이동시킴으로써 서로 직접화되거나 또는 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 분기-결합부의 제조 장치.
- 광학 결합기의 분기 부분에 배열된 광학 섬유의 단 표면 위에 배열된 광-수신 소자의 광-전송 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 결합기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
