Abstract
본 발명은 튜브의 열전달 성능을 향상시키는 내부 표면을 갖는 열교환기 튜브에 관한 것이다. 내부 표면은 튜브의 세로축에 사실상 평행하게 배열된 리브들을 갖는다. 리브들은 세로축에 경사진 각도로 교차되어 파여진 평행 노치들로 된 패턴을 갖는다. 리브 및 노치로 된 상기 패턴은 튜브의 총 내부 표면적을 증가시키고 또한 튜브 내의 냉매 유동 조건을 향상시켜 열전달 성능을 좋게 한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 열교환기 튜브의 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 의한 열교환기 튜브의 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 의한 열교환기의 벽의 일부분의 사시도, 제4도는 본 발명에 의한 열교환기 벽의 일부분의 평면도, 제5도는 제4도의 선 Ⅴ-Ⅴ를 따라 취한 본 발명에 의한 열교환기 튜브의 벽의 단면도, 제6도는 제4도의 선 Ⅵ-Ⅵ를 따라 취한 본 발명에 의한 열교환기 튜브와 벽의 단면도.
Claims (6)
- 내부 표면을 갖는 벽(51)과, 내경(Di)와, 세로축(aT)와, 상기 내부 표면에 성형되며 각각이 2개의 대향 측면과 높이(Hr)을 갖고 상기 세로축에 사실상 평행하게 연장되는 다수의 리브(53)을 포함하는 열교환기 튜브에 있어서, 상기 세로축에 경사진 각도(B)로 상기 리브 높이의 적어도 40%의 깊이(Dn)으로 상기 리브에 파여진 평행 노치(54)들의 패턴을 포함하고, 상기 튜브 내경에 대한 상기 리브 높이의 비가 0.02 내지 0.04사이이고, 리브의 노치 사이의 간격(Sn)과 상기 튜브 내경 사이의 비가 0.025 내지 0.07사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노치의 대향면(56)들 사이의 각(90°) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노치 패턴이 상기 리브의 교차하는 각도(β)가 20°내지 90°사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 튜브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 교착각(β)가 45°인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 노치가 상기 리브에 성형됨에 따라 리브로부터 밀려나는 재료로 구성된 돌출부(55)가 상기 리브의 각 노치의 근처에서 상기 리브의 상기 대향 측면들로부터 외측으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리브들이 상기 열전달 튜브 내부 표면 주위에 사실상 동일한 간격으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 튜브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
