Abstract

본 발명은 열교환기의 핀에 관한 것으로, 특히 핀에서 전도되는 열 전달효과를 높일 수있도록 하는 핀의 스트립에 관한 것으로써, 관에서 핀베이스로 열흐름이 일어날 때 열흐름이 스트립에 의하여 방해되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 관을 잇는 중심선을 장축으로 타원형이 되고 대향지게 구성되도록 스트립을 구비한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 관에서 핀베이스로 열흐름이 일어날 때 열흐름이 스트립에 의하여 방해되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 관을 중심선을 장축으로 타원형이 되고 대향지게 구성되도록 스트립을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 핀.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스트립의 절단되지 않은 부분인 돌기부의 각도는 인접한 관의 중심으로부터 돌기부까지 거리를 반경으로 하는 원의 접선 각도와 같도록 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 핀.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 스트립은 중앙부가 나누어져 2등분되도록 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 핀.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 스트립은 관의 중심으로부터 같은 반경으로 이루어지는 원호를 따라 등분되도록 구비함을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 핀.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 관의 중심선으로부터 멀리 위치한 스트립의 등분수는 많게 하고 가까울수록 등분수는 작게 구비함을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 핀.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 스트립에 등분되는 부분을 관의 중심선과 수직이 되도록 구비함을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 핀.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 관을 중심으로부터 같은 반경으로 이루어지는 원호를 따라 등분된 스트립과, 관의 중심선으로부터 멀리 위치할수록 등분수를 많게 하고 가까울수록 등분수를 작게하는 스트립을 2열로 배열되게 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 핀.
