Abstract
본 발명은 폴리올레핀 왁스의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
저비등 현탁제, 특히 프로판중의 올레핀을 중합시키고, 메탈로센 촉매의 존재하에 증발 냉각시켜 반응열을 제거함으로써, 반응기의 냉각에 불리하게 영향을 미치는 벽 퇴적물 없이 폴리올레핀 왁스가 수득된다.

제 1도는 본 발명에서 사용하는 중합장치의 개략도이다.
Claims (9)
- 3 또는 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 저비등 탄화수소 또는 저비등 할로겐화 탄화수소를 현탁제로서 사용하고 반응열로 증발냉각시켜 제거하면서, 올레핀 또는 디올레핀을 다음 일반식(I)의 메탈로센과 조촉매를 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 -40 내지 95°C의 온도 및 0.5 내지 120bar의 압력에서 현탁중합 또는 현탁공중합시켜 폴리올레핀을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, M1은 원소 주기율표의 IVb족, Vb족 또는 VIb족 금속이며, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자, C1-C10-알킬 그룹, C1-C10-알콕시 그룹, C6-C10-아릴 그룹, C6-C10-아릴옥시 그룹, C2-C10-알케닐그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40-알킬아릴 그룹, C8-C40-아릴알케닐 그룹 또는 할로겐 원자이며, R3및 R4는 동일하거나 상이하며, 중심원자 M1과 함께 샌드위치 구조를 형성할 수 잇는 단핵 또는 다핵 탄화수소 라디칼이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메탈로센이 일반식 (la)의 화합물인 방법.상기식에서, R1및 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, R5,R6,R7,R8,R9및 R10은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, C1-C10-알킬 그룹, C6-C10-아릴 그룹, C1-C10-알콕시 그룹 또는 -NR14 2, -SR14, -OSiR14 3, -SiR14 2라디칼(여기서, P14는 C1-C10알킬 그룹 또는 C6-C10-아릴 그룹이고, Si- 또는 P-함유 라디칼의 경우, 또한 할로겐 원자이다)이거나, 인접한 두 라디칼 R5,R6,R7,R8,R9또는 R10은 각각 이들을 연결하는 탄소원자와 함께 환을 형성한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메탈로센이 일반식(Ib)의 화합물인 방법.상기식에서, R1및 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, R5,R6,R7,R8,R9및 R14는 제2항에서 정의한 바와 같으며, R13은=BR15, =AIR15, -Ge-, -Sn-, -O-, -S-, =SO, =SO2, =NR15, =CO, =PR15또는 P(O)R15(여기서, R15, R16및 R17은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, C1-C30-알킬 그룹, C1-C10-플루오로알킬 그룹, C6-C10-플루오로아릴 그룹, C6-C10-아릴그룹, C1-C10-알콕시 그룹, C2-C10-알케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C8-C40-아릴알케닐 그룹 또는 C7-C40-아킬아릴 그룹이고, Rl5및 R16또는 R15및 R17은 이들을 연결하는 원자와 함께 각각 환을 형성하며, M2는 규소, 게르마늄 또는 주석이다)이며, R11및 R12는 동일하거나 상이하며, R15에 대해 정의한 바와 같고, m 및 n은 동일하거나 상이하고, 0,1 또는 2이며, m +n은 0,1 또는 2, 바람직하게는 0또는 1이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조촉매가, 선형인 경우에는 일반식(IIa)의 알루민옥산이고/이거나, 환형인 경우에는 일반식(IIb)의 알루민옥산인 방법.상기식에서, R18은 C1-C6-알킬 그룹이며, p는 4 내지 20의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 현탁제가 프로판 또는 부탄인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 현탁제가 프로판인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 담체상에 존재하는 촉매가 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐 또는 1-헥센이 중합되는 방법.
