Abstract
본 발명은 NC 테이블을 가진 바이트이동식절삭장치에 관한 것으로서, 가공기준면이 진동을 가진 피삭물의 가공을 실현할 수 있는 바이트이동식절삭장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 가공전에 가공기준면의 회전위치와 진동량의 관계를 회전위치검출센서(10)와 진동검출센서(11)에 의해 측정하고, 이 측정치로부터 피삭물의 절삭점에서의 보정량을 연산하여 둔다. 실제의 가공시는 피삭물(7)의 회전위치와 가공점을 회전위치검출센서(10)와 NC 테이블(4)의 위치정보에 동기해서 연산결과를 출력하고, 바이트(3)를 보정량만큼 미동장치에 의해 미동시키므로서, 진동을 가진 가공기준면을 기준으로한 가공을 할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (1)
- NC 절삭장치의 주축에 설치한 척에 의해 유지되는 피삭물의 가공기준면의 진동량을 검출하는 복수의 진동검출센서와, 상기 피삭물의 회전위치를 검출하는 회전위치검출센서와, 이 회전위치검출센서 및 상기 복수의 진동검출센서의 측정치로부터 상기 피삭물의 가공점에 있어서의 바이트의 보정량을 산출하는 연산장치와, 상기 보정량을 상기 피삭물의 회전위치 및 상기 가공점에 동기해서 출력하는 출력회로와, 이 출력회로의 출력에 의해 바이트를 미동하는 미동장치와, 이 미동장치가 고정되는 상기 NC 절삭장치의 NC 테이블을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 바이트이동식절삭장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
