Abstract

밀착형 이미지 센서는 1개의 광원에 의해 양 측면에서 판독 라인으로 광을 조사하기 위해 판독 라인(9)의 위치에서 원고의 표면의 법선 방향으로 광을 선정된 경사각으로 방출하는 광원(3); 광원(3)에서 판독 라인(9)로 광을 유도하기 위해 원고를 지지하는 원고 지지 부재(6) 및;상기 원고 표면으로부터의 광을 수광하는 광전 변환 장치부(5)를 포함한다. 최소한 판독 라인에 따라 광원(3)의 배열 측면에 대향하는 측면 상에 배치된 상기 원고 지지부재(6)의 부분은 광원(3)으로부터 광의 일부를 반사시켜서 판독 라인(9)로 유도하기 위한 반사 표면을 갖고 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 판독 라인의 위치에서 원고의 표면의 법선 방향으로 광을 선정된 경사각으로 방출하는 광원, 상기 광원으로부터 상기 판독 라인으로 광을 유도하고, 원고를 지지하는 원고 지지부재, 상기 원고 표면으로부터의 광을 수광하기 위한 광전 변환 장치부 및 광원으로부터의 광의 일부를 반사시켜서 상기 판독 라인으로 유도하기 위한 반사 표면을 포함하고, 상기 반기 표면은 판독 라인에 대해 광원을 배열 측면에 대향하는 측면 상에 배치된 상기 원고 지지 부재의 최소한 일부에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원고 지지 부재의 최소한 일부는 유리로 제조되고, 상기 원고 지지 부재의 경계는 공기의 굴절률과 상기 유리의 굴절률 사이의 차에 따라 상기 반사 표면으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 광원의 각 또는 상기 반사 표면의 각은 상기 반사 표면으로 유입되는 상기 광원으로부터의 광의 입사 표면이 굴절률의 차에 따라 임계각과 같거나 큰 각으로 셋트되는 방법으로 셋트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사 표면이 연마 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사 표면이 미러 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사 표면이 산란 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
  7. 원고를 조명하기 위해 광을 방출하는 광원, 상기 광원으로부터의 광이 투과되게 해주고, 상기 원고를 지지하는 원고 지지 부재, 상기 원고 지지 부재의 판독 라인 상의 광 정보를 전기 신호로 변환하기 위한 광 센서 및 광원으로부터의 조사 광의 일부를 반사시켜서 상기 판독 라인으로 유도하기 위한 반사 표면을 포함하고, 상기 반사 표면은 상기 판독 라인에 대해 광원의 배열 측면에 대향하는 측면상에 배치된 상기 원고 지지 부재의 최소한 일부에 제공되며, 광원으로부터의 조명 광의 광축은 상기 판독 라인과 상기 반사 표면의 사이 또는 상기 반사 표면상의 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
  8. 원고를 조명하기 위해 광을 방출하는 광원, 상기 광원으로부터의 광이 투과되게 해주고, 상기 원고를 지지하는 원고 지지 부재, 상기 원고 지지 부재의 판독 라인상의 광 정보를 전기 신호로 변환하기 위한 광 센서 및 상기 광원으로부터의 조사 광의 일부를 반사시켜서 상기 판독 라인으로 유도하기 위한 반사 표면을 포함하고, 상기 반사 표면은 판독 라인에 따라 광원의 배열 측면에 대향하는 측면 상에 배치된 상기 원고 지지 부재의 최소한 일부에 제공되며, 상기 광원으로서, 광원으로부터 직접 조사된 광에 의한 상기 판독 라인 위치에서의 원고 표면상의 조도는 상기 반사 표면에 의해 반사 및 조사되는 광에 의한 판독 라인 위치에서의 원고 표면 상의 조도와 같은 지향 특성을 갖는 광원이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
