Abstract

광 주사장치는 레이저 광원, 레이저 광원으로부터 방출된 주사비임을 주 주사방향에서 대상이 주사될 방향을 향하여 편향시키는 광 편향기, 주사바임을 반사하는 반사미러, 반사미러에 의해 반사된 주사비임을 수신하는 비임 검출기, 반사미러 및 비임 검출기 사이에 제공되고 적어도 주 주사방향에서 배율을 갖는 보정렌즈와, 조립시 주 주사방향에서 보정렌즈의 위치를 조정하는 조정수단을 포함하여 비임 검출기에 대하여 주사비임의 입사타이밍이 조정된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 광 주사장치에 있어서, 레이저 광원; 레이저 광원으로부터 방출된 주사비임을 주 주사방향에서 대상이 주사될 방향을 향하여 편향시키는 광 1향기; 주사비임을 반사하는 반사미러; 반사미러에 의해 반사된 주사비임을 수신하는 비임 검출기; 반사미러 및 비임 검출기 사이에 제공되고 적어도 주 주사방향에서 배율을 갖는 보정렌즈와; 조립시 주 주사방향으로 보정렌즈의 위치를 조정하는 조정수단을 포함하여 비임 검출기에 대하여 주사비임의 입사타이밍이 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.
