Abstract
종래의 전분충전형 플라스틱 관련 기술에서는 매트릭스 수지와 전분과의 물리적인 결합력만을 증가시키므로써 전분이 충전됨에 따른 물성 감소의 문제점이 있었는 바, 본 발명에서는 반응압출(Reactive Extrusion)법을 이용하여 매트릭스 수지와 전분을 유기산 촉매하에서 결합제를 사용하여 화학결합으로 연결시켜 물성감소의 문제점을 해결하였음은 물론 제조공정 단순화를 통해 제조원가를 현저히 줄일 수 있었다. 즉, 본 발명은 매트릭스수지 100중량부, 생분해성 충전제 5∼400중량부, 결합제 0.01-10중량부, 라디칼개시제 0.01∼1.0중량부, 루이스산 촉매 0.01∼5중량부, 자동산화제 0.01∼10중량부 및 가소제 0.01∼10중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물 및 그의 제조방법을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 생분해성 평가는 토양 매립실험을 병용해 실시하였는데 생분해도는 전분 함량이 10중량% 이상인 경우 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다.

Claims (17)
- 매트릭스 수지 100중량부, 생분해성 충전재 5∼400중량부, 결합제 0.01-10중량부, 라디칼개시제 0.01∼1.0중량부, 루이스산 촉매 0.01∼5중량부, 자동산화제 0.01∼10중량부 및 가소제 0.01∼10중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조단량체가 0.01∼10중량부 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 조단량체가 아크릴로니트릴, 스티렌, 에틸아크릴레이트중 하나 또는 둘이상의 혼합물이 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스 수지가 저밀도 폴리에털렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생분해성 충전재가 일반전분, 산처리전분, 에스테르전분, 에테르전분, 양성전분 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 전분 중에서 하나가 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합제가 무수 말레인산, 무수 메타크릴산 및 말레이미드 중에서 하나가 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼개시제가 벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 디-삼중부틸 퍼옥사이드, 아조비스이소부틸로 니트릴, 삼중부틸 히드로퍼옥사이드, 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드, 루퍼졸 101, 또는 퍼카독스-14등을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자동산화제는 올레인산 망간, 올레인산 철(Ⅱ), 스테아린산망간 및 스테아린산 철(Ⅱ)중 하나 또는 둘이상의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소제가 올레아미드, 에루카마이드 및 비아톤중에서 하나가 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 루이스산 촉매가 올레인산, 올레닌산, 리놀레인산, 스테아린산, 아세트산, P-톨루엔술폰산, 데칸산, 도데칸산, 테트라 데칸산, 옥살산, 말로닌산, 석신산 및 아디핀산 중 하나 또는 둘이상의 유기산인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 매트릭스 수지 100중량부, 생분해성 충전재 5∼400중량부, 결합제 0.01∼10중량부, 자동산화제 0.01∼10중량부 및 가소제 0.01∼10중량부, 루이스산 촉매 0.01∼5중량부 및 라디칼개시제 0.01∼1.0중량부를 일정비율로 혼합하여 반응압출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 조단량체로서 아크릴로니트릴, 스티렌, 에틸아크릴레이트중 하나 또는 둘이상의 혼합물이 0.01∼10중량부 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 생분해성 충전재를 상기 반응압출전에 그 수분 함량이 적 어도 3%이하가 되도록 건조시키는 공정이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 반응압출시 온도가 150∼22O℃ 스크류속도가 50∼300rpm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항의 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 혼합, 반응 압출시킨후, 이를 펠렛화시킨 마스터 배치 펠렛으로부터 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 제품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 마스터배치 펠렛에 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도폴리에틸렌을 더 첨가하여 드라이 블렌딩한 후 압출시켜 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 제품.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 제품은 필름 또는 용기 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 화학 결합된 생분해성 폴리에틸렌 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
