Abstract
Nella presente invenzione, l'abbassamento delle caratteristiche fisiche viene minimizzato mediante legame chimico della resine di matrice e dell'amido impiegando un agente di accoppiamento in presenza di un catalizzatore acido organico e nello stesso tempo l'abbassamento dei costi produzione sono ottenuti semplificando il procedimento. Nella tecnica nota, i problemi associati con le basse caratteristiche fisiche provocate dall'incorporazione di amido venivano migliorate solamente in termini di forza di interazione fisica migliorata tra resina di matrice ed amido.Gli scopi della presente invenzione consistono nel provvedere una composizione biodegradabile di polietilene chimicamente legato con amido comprendente 100 parti in peso di resina di matrice, 5-400parti in peso di matrice di incorporazione biodegradabile, 0,01-5 parti in peso di catalizzatore acido di Lewis, 0,01-10 parti in peso di agente di autoassiderazione e 0,01-10 parti in peso di plastificante, e di provvedere un procedimento per la sua preparazione.La biodegradabilità della composizione di polietilene preparata tramite la presente invenzione è stata determinata anche con il saggio di smaltimento e trovata essere eccellente con un contenuto superiore a 10% in peso di amido.
