Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물, 그의 제조방법, 이러한 화합물을 함유한 액정 혼합물 및 전광목적을 위한 상기 화합물 또는 혼합물의 용도에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R은 하나의 CH2그룹이 산소에 의해 치환될 수 있고/있거나 하나 이상의 수소원자가 플루오르원자에 의해 치환될 수 있는 C1내지 C12의 알킬 또는 알콕시, 또는 C2내지 C12의 알케닐 또는 알케닐옥시를 나타내고, 단 2개의 산소원자는 직접 인접하지 않고; Y1및 Y2는 각각 독립적으로 플루오르 또는 수소를 나타내고; Z는 단일 공유결합 -CH2CH2, -OCH2, -CH2O, -(CH2)4-, -O(CH2)3, -(CH2)3, -(CH2)3O-를 나타내거나 또는, 환 A가 포화환을 나타내는 경우 -(CH2)2-CH=CH- 또는 -CH2OCH=CH-의 트랜스형을 나타내고; A는 트랜스-1,4-사이클로헥실렌 또는 경우에 따라서 플루오르-치환된 1,4-페닐렌을 나타내고; X는 C1내지 C6의 알킬 또는 알콕시; C2내지 C6의 알케닐, 알케닐옥시 또는 알콕시알킬; -CH=CH2;트랜스-1,4-사이클로헥실렌상의 -CH=CHCl 또는 -CH=CHF; 또는 1,4-페닐렌상의 플루오르, 염소, CF3, -OCF3또는 -OCHF2를 나타낸다.

Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물:
    상기식에서, R은 하나의 CH2그룹이 산소에 의해 치환될 수 있고/있거나 하나 이상의 수소원자가 플루오르원자에 의해 치환될 수 있는 C1내지 C12의 알킬 또는 알콕시, 또는 C2내지 C12의 알케닐 또는 알케닐옥시를 나타내고, 단 2개의 산소원자는 직접 인접하지 않고; Y1및 Y2는 각각 독립적으로 플루오르 또는 수소를 나타내고; Z는 단일 공유결합 -CH2CH2, -OCH2, -CH2O, -(CH2)4-, -O(CH2)3,-(CH2)3O-를 나타내거나 또는, 환 A가 포화환을 나타내는 경우 -(CH2)2-CH=CH- 또는 -CH2OCH=CH-의 트랜스형을 나타내고; A는 트랜스-1,4-사이클로헥실렌 또는 경우에 따라서 플루오르-치환된 1,4-페닐렌을 나타내고; Z는 C1내지 C6의 알킬 또는 알콕시; C2내지 C6의 알케닐, 알케닐옥시 또는 알콕시알킬; -CH=CF2;트랜스-1,4-사이클로헥실렌상의 -CH=CHCl 또는 -CH=CHF; 또는 1,4-페닐렌상의 플루오르, 염소, CF3, -OCF3또는 -OCHF2를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Z가 단일 공유결합, -CH2CH2-, -OCH2- 또는 -CH2O-인 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ-1), (Ⅰ-2) 또는 (Ⅰ-3)의 화합물 :
    상기식에서, R은 하나의 CH2그룹이 산소에 의해 치환될 수 있는 C1내지 C6의 직쇄 알킬 또는 알콕시, 또는 C2내지 C6의 알케닐 또는 알케닐옥시를 나타내고, 단 2개의 산소원자는 직접 인접하지 않고; Y1및 Y2는 각각 독립적으로 플루오르 또는 수소를 나타내고; X는 C1내지 C3의 알킬 또는 알콕시, C2내지 C3의 알케닐 또는 알케닐옥시, -CH=CF2, -CH=CHCl 또는 -CH=CHF이고; X1은 플루오르, 염소, -OCF3, -OCHF2, -CH=CF2또는 C1내지 C3의 알킬 또는 알콕시, C2내지 C3의 알케닐 또는 알케닐옥시이고; y는 0,1 또는 2이고; 페닐환는 비치환되거나이다.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치환체 Y1및 T2중 하나가 수소이고, 나머지 하나가 수소 또는 플루오르인 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 치환체 Y1및 Y2모두가 수소인 화합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X가 C1내지 C3의 알킬이고, X1이 플루오르, 염소 또는 C1내지 C3의 알킬인 화합물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X가 C1내지 C3의 알킬 또는 C2내지 C3의 알케닐, -CH=CF2, -CH=CHCl 또는 -CH=CHF인 화합물.
  8. 적어도 하나의 성분이 제1항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물인, 적어도 2개의 성분을 함유하는 액정 혼합물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제1항에서 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 함량이 3 내지 40중량%인 액정 혼합물.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 제1항에서 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 함량이 5 내지 30중량%인 액정 혼합물.
  11. 전광 목적을 위한 제1항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 용도.
  12. 전광 목적을 위한 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 액정 혼합물의 용도.
