Abstract
탄성실리콘폼(elastomeric silicone foams)의 제조에 있어서 오르가노폴리실록산(1), 유화제(2), 물(3) 및 점도부여제(4)를 구성하는 수용성에멀젼을 기재로한 새로운 발포제조성물(a)에 대한 것이다.
이 새로운 발포제조성물은 경화시켜 탄성실리콘폼을 얻을 수 있고 발포제조성물(a), 디오르가노폴리실록산(b), 가교제(c) 및 필요할경우 가교촉매(d) 및 선택적인 필러(e)를 구성하는 조성물에 사용된다.
고온경화에 의한 탄성실리콘폼의 제조는 발포제조성물(a), 디오르가노폴리실록산(b), 가교제(c) 및 필요할경우 가교촉매(d)와 선택적인 필러(e) 및 선택적인 또다른 물질을 서로 혼합시켜, 그 얻어진 혼합물을 온도 100~250℃에서 동시포밍으로 경화시켜 실시하여 탄성실리콘폼을 얻는다.

Claims (8)
- 탄성실리콘의 제조에 있어서 오르가노폴리실록산(1), 유화제(2), 물(3) 및 점도부여제(4)를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 수용성에멀젼을 기재로한 발포제조성물(a).
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 사용한 점도부여제는 선택적으로 소수성으로하여 BET표면적이 적어도 50㎡/g인 실리콘디옥실사이드임을 특징으로 하는 위 발포제조성물(a).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오르가노폴리실록산(1) 10~50wt%, 유화제(2) 1~7wt%, 물(3) 20~80wt%, 점도부여제(4) 5~400wt%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 위발포제조성물(a)
- 오르가노폴리실록산(1), 유화제(2) 및 물(3)을 구성하고 수용성 에먼젼을 점도부여제(4)와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 발포제조성물(a)의 제조방법.
- 발포제조성물(a), 디오르가노폴리실록산(b), 가교제(c), 필요할경우 가교촉매(d) 및 필러(e)를 구성하며 경화시켜 탄성실리콘폼을 얻을 수 있는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 사용한 가교제(c)는 유기과산화물 임을 특징으로 하는 위 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 그 사용한 가교제(c)는 Si-결합수소원자를 포함하는 오르가노폴리실록산이며, 그 사용한 가교촉매(c)는 Si-결합알케닐기에 Si-결합수소이 부가를 촉진하는 백금촉매임을 특징으로 하는 위 조성물.
- 발포제조성물(a), 디오르가노폴리실록산(b), 가교제(c), 필요할경우 가교촉매(c)와 선택적으로 필러(fillers)(e) 및 선택적으로 또다른 물질을 서로 혼합시켜, 그 얻어진 혼합물을 온도 100~250℃에서 동시포밍(foaming)으로 경화시켜 탄성실리콘폼을 얻음을 특징으로 하는 탄성실리콘폼의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
