Abstract

본 발명에 의하면, 0내지 10℃의 온도의 불순한 클라불란산염 수용액을 산성화시키고, 클라불란산을 수불혼화성 유기 용매, 특히 에틸 아세테이트로 추출하여 클라불란산의 유기 용매 중 용액을 수득하고, 이어서 이를 통상의 기술에 따라 건조 및 탈색시킨 다음；0 내지 10℃의 온도의 상기 건조 및 탈색된 클라불란산 유기 용매 용액에 삼차 옥틸아민 또는 그의 용매 용액을 가하여 실질적으로 순수한 결정성 클라불란산의 중간체 삼차 옥틸아민염을 유기 용매, 특히 0내지 5%의 물을 함유하는 이소프로판올에 용해시키고, 거기에 적당한 이온 담체의알코올 용액을 가하여 목적하는 클라불란산의 약제학적으로 허용되는 결정성 염을 수득한 다음 이를 통상의 방법으로 단리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 실질적으로 순수한 클라불란산을 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염으로서 제조하는 방법이 제공된다.
이와 같이 제조된 클라불란산의 옥틸아민염은 약제학적으로 허용되는 클라불란산 칼륨염의 제조를 위한 중간체로서 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 0내지 10℃의 온도의 불순한 클라불란산염 수용액을 산성화시키고, 클라불란산을 수불혼화성 유기 용매로 추출하여 유기 용매에 용해된 클라불란산의 용액을 수득하고, 이어서 이를 통상의 기술에 따라 건조 및 탈색시킨 다음；0 내지 10℃의 온도의 상기 건조 및 탈색된 클라불란산 유기 용매 용액에 삼차 옥틸아민 또는 그의 용매 용액을 가하여 순수한 결정성 클라불란산 삼차 옥틸아민염을 형성시키는데, 이는 통상의 방법에 의해 회수되며; 이렇게제조된 클라불란산의 중간체 삼차 옥틸아민염을 유기 용매에 용해시키고, 거기에 적당한 이온 담체의 알코올 용액을 가하여 목적하는 클라불란산의 약제학적으로 허용되는 결정성 염을 수득한 다음 이를 통상의 방법으로 단리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 순수한 클라불란산을 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염으로서 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 클라불란산 용액의 제조에 사용되는 용매가 에틸 아세테이트인 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 클라분란산의 중간체 삼차 옥틸 아민염을 용해시키는 용매가 0-5%의 물을 함유하는 이소프로판올인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 클라불란산의 삼차 옥틸아민염이 형성되고, 이것이 약제학적으로 허용되는 클라불란산 칼륨의 제조에 중간체로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
