Abstract
구조가 복잡하게 되거나 사출성형기가 대형화 하지 않도록 하고자하는 것으로 고정금형(12)과 가동금형(14)과를 구비하고, 가동금형(14)을 관통하여 이젝터핀(26)이 연장되며, 선단이 캐비티(21)에 면하고, 후단이 이젝터판(31,32)에 의해 고정되며 또 상기 가동금형(14)및 이젝터판(31,32)을 관통하여 가진·가압핀(35)이 연장되고 선단이 성형품의 가공부에 대응하여 수지 유로내에서 진퇴가 자유롭도록 면하며, 후단이 가진·가압판(36,37)에 의해 고정된다.
이 가진·가압판(36,37)은 상기 이젝터판(31,32)을 눌름이 자유롭도록 배설된다.
그리고 상기 가진·가압판(36,37)의 후방에 가진·가압 액츄에이터가 배설되며 이 가진·가압 액츄에이터를 작동시키므로서 가진·가압판(36,37)을 통하여 가진·가압핀(35)을 전진시키는 것이 가능함과 동시에 가진·가압판(36,37)및 이젝터판(31,32)을 통하여 이젝터핀(26)을 전진 시킬수 있는 것임.

제1도는 본발명의 실시예를 나타내는 국부가압식 사출성형기의 단면도.
제3도는 본발명의 실시예를 나타내는 국부가압식 사출성형기의 가압 공정 완료시의 상태도.
제4도는 본발명의 실시예를 나타내는 국부가압식 사출성형기의 이젝터 공정 완료시의 상태도.
제5도는 본 발병의 국부가압식 사출성형기의 동작도.
Claims (4)
- (a)고정금형과, (b)상기 고정금형과 접리가 자유롭게 배설되며, 양자 사이에 캐비티를 형성하는 가동금형과, (c)상기 가동금형을 관통하여 연장되며, 선단을 캐비티에 면하도록 한 이젝터핀과, (d)상기 이젝터핀의 후단을 고정하는 이젝터판과, (e)상기 가동금형 및 이젝터판을 관통하여 연장되며, 선단을 성형품의 가공부에 대응시켜 수지 유로내에 진퇴가 자유롭게 면하도록 한 가진·가압핀과, (f)상기 가진·가압핀의 후단을 고정함과 동시에 상기 이젝터판을 선택적으로 누르는 가진·가압판과, (g)상기 가진·가압판의 후방에 배설되며, 가진·가압판을 전진시키는 가진·가압 액츄에이터와를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부가압식 사출성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가진·가압 액츄에이터는 가진·가압판 및 이젝터판을 통하여 이젝터핀을 전진시키는 국부가압식 사출성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가진·가진 가압판을 되돌림 방향으로 힘을 가하는 가진 스프링을 구비하는 국부가압식의 사출성형기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가동금형을 관통하여 플로팅슬리브가 미끄럼운동이 자유롭도록 배설되며, 상기 가진스프링은 가진·가압판과 플로팅슬리브의 사이에 배설된 국부가압식 사출성형기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
