Abstract

본 발명은 회전전후 이송장치에 있어서 ,회전공구의 비뚤어짐등을 발생하지 않고 고정밀도로 전후이송할 수 있는 회전전후 이송장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로하며, 그 구성에 있어서, 회전축(7)을 비접촉지지하기 위한0전자석(9) 및 디스크(17), 회전축(7)의 위치를 검출하기 위한 변위계, 회전축(7)을 회전구동하기 위한 모우터회전자, 모우터고정자, 구성부품을 장착하는 하우징으로 이루어진것을 특징으로 한것이다. 이로써, 회전축을 전자석에 의해 공중지지하고, 전자석개개의 자기루우프의 강도를 변화시키므로서, 고정밀도의 회전전후 이송장치를 제공할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 있어서의 자기베어링스핀돌기구의 구성도,

Claims (3)

  1. 절삭가공 연삭가공등을 행할때에 필요하게 되는 피가공물을 유지해두기 위한 공작물스핀들이나 가공공구를 장착하기 위한 공구스핀들에 있어서, 회전축을 지지하여 원활하게 회전시키기위한 베어링으로서 전자석의 흡인력에 의해 회전축을 완전비접촉으로 공중지지하는 자기베어링스핀들을 사용해서, 레이디얼용 전자석의 흡인력을 변위지령에 의해 변화시키고, 그 변위량을 베어링의 레이디얼방향으로 설치한 변위센서에 의해 측정하고, 지령값에 대해서 합치하는 제어기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전후 이송장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기베어링스핀들의 드러스트방향으로 변위센서를 설치하므로서, 드러스트용 전자석의 흡인력을 변위지령에 의해 변화센서를 설치하므로서, 드러스트용 전자석의 흡인력을 변위지령에 의해 변화시키고, 그 변위량을 측정하여, 지령값에 대해서 합치하는 제어기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전후이송장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기베어링스핀들의 회전축의 전후 2개소에 변위센서를 배설하고, 경사변위지령에 의해 회전축의 전후에서 레이디얼용 전자석의 흡입력을 반대방향으로 변화시켜, 회전축을 경사시킨 변위량을 측정하고, 지령치에 대해서 합치하는 제어기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전후 이송장치.
