Abstract

떠돌이 감속기어가 고정된 크라운바퀴(12)와 출력축에 고정된 스파이더(110에 장착된 스파이더기어(8, 9, 10)과 입력 떠돌이 피니온(7)로 구성된 최소한 하나의 단계를 구성한다.
스파이더 기어는 스파이더에 방사상으로 떠있도록 장착되며 한편으로 크라운 바퀴와 스라이더 기어 사이에 다른 한편으로 스파이더 기어와 떠돌이 피니온 사이에 가해진 힘의 방사상 합력이 감속기어의 소음을 감속시키기 위해 떠들어 피니온을 향해 또는 감속기어의 부하능력을 증가시키기 위해 또는 감속기어의 부하능력을 증가시키기 위해 가장 약한 요소를 향하게 되도록 맞무는 요소의 톱니가 오프셋된다.

제1도는 관상의 전기모터와 관련된 세단계를 가진 떠돌이 감속기어의 제2도의 Ⅰ-Ⅰ을 따라본 축단면도.
제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ을 따라 본 가로 단면도,
제3도는 감속기어의 제1단계에서 압력힘과 작동 입력각을 나타내는 도면,
제4도는 감속기어의 마지막 단계에서 힘과 작동 압력각을 나타내는 도면.

Claims (7)

  1. 고정된 크라운 바퀴(12)와 출력축(13)에 고정된 스파이더(11)위에 방사상으로 떠있도록 장착된 스파이더기어(8, 9, 10)와 입력 떠돌이 피니온(7)로 구성된 최소한 하나의 단계를 구성하는 떠돌이 감속기어에서 한편으로 크라운 바퀴와 스파이더기어 사이에 다른 한편으로 스파이더 기어와 떠돌이 피니온 사이에 가해진 힘의 방사상 합력이 이전에 선택된 방향을 향하도록 맞무는 요소의 톱니가 오프셋되는 감속기어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 감속기어의 소음을 감소시키도록 떠돌이 피니온을 향해 방사상 합력이 향하게끔 톱니가 오프셋도는 감속기어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 감속기어의 부하능력을 증가시키기 위해 방사상 합력이 가장 약한 요소를 향하도록 톱니가 오프셋되는 감속기어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 한 세트의 스파이더기어(8, 9, 10)과 떠돌이 피니온을 각각 포함하는 여러단계(4, 5, 6)을 구성하며 최소한 제1단계에서, 합력이 떠돌이 피니온을 향하고 최소한 하지막 단계에서 합력이 가장 약한 맞무는 요소를 향하도록 맞무는 요소이 톱니가 오프셋되는 감속기어.
  5. 제1항에서 4항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스파이더(11)이 두 플랜지(14, 15)를 구성하는 배럴의 형태이고 플랜지의 대향된 면이 스파이더기의 스핀들이 자유롭게 미끄러지게 되는 방사상 그루브(23, 24)에 의해 가로질러지는 감속기어.
  6. 제5항에 있어서 스파이더기어의 스핀들(20)이 최소한 단부중 하나에 스핀들로 하여금 스파이더기어와 함께 회전하지 못하도록 그루브(23)의 플랭크와 상호작용하는 플랫(flat) (21)갖는 감속기어.
  7. 제1항에서 6항까지중 어느 한 항에 어서, 스파이더가 크라운바퀴(12)내에 중심잡도록 원통형 지탱표면(19)을 갖는 감속기어.
