Abstract

비오틴 생산 능력을 갖는스핀고모나스속 미생물의 배양액을 배지에 제조하고, 배지에 생산되고 축적된 비오틴을 수집하는 것으로 구성된 비오틴의 제조방법이 개시되어 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 제조방법을 위해 유용한 비오틴 생산능력을 갖는스핀고모나스속 미생물이 개시되어 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. (a) 비오틴 생산능력을 갖는스핀고모나스속 미생물의 배양액을 배지에 제조하고, (b) 배지에 생산되고 축적된 비오틴을 수집하는 단 이루어진 비오틴의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비오틴 생산 능력을 갖는스핀고모나스속 미생물이스핀고모나스sp. SC-42405(FERM BP-3995) 또는 그의 변이주인 방법.
  3. 비오틴 생산 능력을 갖는스핀고모나스속의 비오틴 생산용 미생물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 미생물이스핀고모나스sp. SC-42405(FERM BP-3995) 또는 그의 변이주인 비오틴 생산용 미생물.
  5. 스핀고모나스sp. SC-42405(FERM BP-3995) 또는 그의 변이주.
