Abstract
5∼40cN의 용융 강도를 갖는 프로필렌 중합체를 필수적으로 함유하는 예비 발포 비드를 소결에 의한 열성형으로 발포 프로필렌 중합체 성형품이 제조된다.

Claims (6)
- 발포제의 존재 중 5∼40cN의 용융 강도를 갖는 프로필렌 중합체가 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 중합체 발포 비드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프로필렌 중합체가 탄소수4∼10의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 α-올레핀 및/또는 에틸렌을 1∼40중량% 함유하는 프로필렌 공중합체 및 프로필렌 단독 중합체 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 방법으로 수득 가능한 발포 비드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 500∼2000㎛의 평균 기포(cell)직경을 가지며 10∼500kg/㎥의 성입 부피 밀도(poured bulk density)를 갖는 발포 비드.
- 제3항 도는 제4항의 발포 비드를 소결하므로서 열성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 프로필렌 중합체 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 소결에 의한 열성형이 실질적인 대기압 및 120°∼180°의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
