제1도는 로울의 회전축에 대해 수직으로 절단된 폴라드 염색 설비의 단면도이고. 제2도는 로울에 평행으로 절단된 제1도의 염색설비의 단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 처리액체 특히 염색액을 수용하고 있는 홈통(1), 처리할 직물웨브(3)가 그것을 주회하여 처리액체 (2)를 통과 이동할 침지로울(7), 및 홈통(1)내 처리액체의 액면하에서 수직이동가능하게 위치결정되는 또한 자중을 침지로울(7) 위에 또는 경우에 따라서는 첫번째 압착로울(9) 위에 두고 있는 압착로울(11)을 갖춘, 직물웨브(3) 처리용 풀라드 함침설비의 액면하 압착장치로서, 직물웨브(3)는 침지로울(7)과 첫번째 압착장치 (9) 사이의 첫번째 간극(8)을 지나 또한 경우에 따라서는 첫번째 압착로울(7)을 주회한뒤 이 첫번째 압착로울과 두번째 암착로울(11)사이에 형성된 압착간극(10)을 통과하고 최상부 압착로울(11)의 표면을 떠난뒤 처리액체(2)로 부터 나와 풀라드-압착장치(13)에 인도되는 액면하 압착장치에 있어서. 적어도 종방향으로 탄성을 가진 직물웨브(3)를 처리하는 경우, 홈통(l)내 처리액체(2)의 액면(6)하에 배치된 액면하 로울들(7,9,11)중의 하나가 구동되며, 그 로울은 그의 회전운동을 표면마찰을 통해서 나머지의 액면하로울의 마찰결합적 으로 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액면하 압착장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 바람직하게는 홈통(1)의 외부로 부터 구동되며, 액면 (6) 하 처리 액체내에서 액면하 로울들(7,9,11)중 하나의 구동바퀴(16,20,21)주위로 안내되는 구동부재로서 적어도 하나의 치형벨트(17)등이, 가설 가능한 전동수단의 액면하부분에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액면하 압착장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 액면하 로울들(7, 9, 11)중의 한 상부 또는 중간로울(7)이 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액면하 압착장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 액면하로울의 이송속도가 직물웨브(3)의 그전의 이동속도와 사실상 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 액면하 압착장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 액면하로울들(7,9,11)의 이송속도와 풀라드-압착장치(13)의 로울들의 이송속도는, 조절기(24)에 의해, 종방향 응력이 발생하지 않도록 동시적으로 평균적으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액면하 압착장치.
