Abstract
본 발명은 촉매, 기포 안정제 및 기포 개방제의 존재하에서 발포제로서 트리클로로플루오로메탄 대신에 1,1-디크로로-1-플루오로에탄 또는 메틸렌클로라이드 같은 휘발성 발포제 또는 이러한 휘발성 발포제와 물과의 혼합물을 사용하여 폴리올과 모노올(예을들면, 디에틸렌글리콜모노메틸에테르) 함유 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐폴리이소시아네이트 초기 중합체를 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진 연속 기포 경질 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 제조된 연속 기포 경질 폴리우레탄 포옴은 기포 크기가 약 200-250 마이크론이고, 진공 단열재의 중심물질로 사용하기에 적합하다, 상기 포옴을 쉽게 도달할 수 있는 진공도 0.1-0.0 mmHg하의 용기내에 봉입시켜 단열 성능이 우수한 진공 단열재를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (20)
- 촉매, 기포 안정제 및 기포 개방제의 존재하에서, 발포제로서 트리클로로 플루오로메탄 대용체를 사용하여 폴리올과 모노올 함유 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진 연속 기포 경질 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올을 NCO/OH 당량비 1.3-3.0에서 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐폴링소시아네이트와 반응시키는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 발포 과정에 화학적으로 참여하지 않는 것으로 1 또는 2의 탄소를 갖는 히드로크로로플루오로 카본, 2-4의 탄소를 갖는 히드로플루오로카본, 4-6의 탄소를 갖는 퍼플루오로 카본, 메틸렌클로라이드, 펜탄, 시클로펜탄 및 클로로펜탄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 휘발성 발포제 또는 이 휘발성 발포제와 물과의 혼합물인 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 히드로클로로플루오로 카본은 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄, 1-클로로-1,1-디플루오로에탄 또는 클로로디플루오로메탄인 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 히드로플루오로 카본은 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄, 1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판, 1,1,1,2,3,3-헥사플루오로프로판 또는 1,1,1,4,4,4-헥사플루오로부탄인 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피플루오로 카본은 퍼플루오로펜탄 또는 퍼플루오로헥산인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 1,1-디클로로-1-플루올에탄과 메틸렌클로라이드중 적어도 하나, 또는 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄과 메틸렌클로라이드중 적어도 하나의 물과의 혼합물인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 폴리올 100 중량부에 대해서 5-150 중량부의 양으로 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은 관능기가 2-8 개이고 수산기가가 300-600 ㎎ KOH/g 인 폴리에테르폴리올인 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르폴리올은 수신기가가 300-600 ㎎ KOH/g 인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은 관능기가 2-4 개이고 수신기가가 250-500 ㎎ KOH/g 인 폴리에스테르폴리올인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모노몰 함유 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐폴리이소시아네이트 초기 중합체는 140-200의 아민 당량을 갖는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 모노올 함유 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐폴리이소시아네이트 초기 중합체는 디에틸렌글리콜모노알킬에테르를 함유한 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐폴리이소시아네이트인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디에틸렌글리콜모노알킬에테르를 함유한 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐폴리이소시아네이트 초기 중합체를 1,1-디크로로-1-플루오로에탄, 1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판, 1,1,1,2,3,3-헥사플루오로프로판, 퍼플루오로펜탄 및 메틸렌클로라이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 또는 이들중 적어도 하나와 물과의 혼합물을 사용하여 NCO/OH 당량비 1.3-3.0에서 수산기가가 300-450 ㎎ KOH/g 인 폴리에스테르폴리올과 반응시키는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기포 개방제는 지방산의 알카리 토금속염 또는 아연염, 또는 분말형 열가소성 수지인 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 지방산의 알카리 토금속염은 칼슘스테아레이트인 제조 방법.
- 촉매, 기포 안정제 및 기포 개방제의 존재하에서, 발포제로서 트리클로로 플루오로메탄 대용체를 사용하여 폴리올과 모노올 함유 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시킴으로써 제조된 연속 기포 경질 폴리우레탄포옴.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은 수산기가가 300-450 mg KOH/g인 폴리에스테르폴리올이고, 이 폴리올을 NCO/OH 당량비 1.3-3.0에서 초기중합체와 반응시킨 연속 기포 경질 폴리우레탄 포옴.
- 진공하의 금속플라스틱 박막내에 봉입된 연속 기포 경질 폴리우레탄 포옴을 포함하고, 상기 경질 포옴은 촉매, 기포 안정제 및 기포 개방제의 존재하에서 발포제로서 트리클로로플루오로메탄 대용체를 사용하여 폴리올을 모노올 함유 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐폴리이소시아네이트 초기 중합체와 반응시킴으로써 제조된 것인 진공 단열재.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은 수산기가가 300-450 mg/KOH/g인 폴리에스테르폴리올이고, 이 폴리올을 NCO/OH 당량비 1.3-3.0에서 초기중합체와 반응시킨 진공 단열재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
