Abstract
본 발명은, 에어콘용의 적층형열교환기에 관한 것으로, 특히, 자동차용 에어콘의 증발기에 이용할 수 있는 적층형열교환기에 관한 것이며, 출입구 탱크에 압력이 걸려도, 이 출입구 탱크가, 크게 부풀지않고, 또한, 해더부의 소형화를 도모할 수 있는 적층형열교환기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한것으로서, 그 구성에 있어서, 출입구탱크부(83) 및 코어부로 이루어진 편평튜브(81)와 물결형(84)을 교호로 다수적층하고, 적층방향가장바깥부분에 있어서의 한쪽면의 탱크부에 입구헤더(88)를 장착하는 동시에, 적층방향가장바같부분에 있어서의 다른쪽편의 탱크부에 출구헤더 (89)를 장착하고. 코어부의 양쪽에 외벽판으로서의 사이드폴레이트(90)를 장착한 적층형열교환기에 있어서, 상기 각사이드플레이트의 상단부를 상기 입구헤더(88)의 하단부 및 상기 출구헤더(89)의 하단부(89g)에 각각 당접시킨 구성으로 한것으로 특징으로 한것이다.
이로써. 압력이 걸렸을 때의 출입구 탱크부에 가해지는 퍼짐방향의 힘은, 출입구 헤더의 사이드플레이트에의 당접에 의해 받아지고, 적층형열교환기전체의 변형이 억제되는 적층형열교환기를 실현한다.

Claims (6)
- 출입구탱크부 및 코어부로 이루어진 편평튜브와 물결형휜을 교호로 다수적 층하고, 적층방향가장바깥부분에 있어서의 한쪽편이 탱크부에 입구 헤더를 장착하는 동시에, 적층방향가장바깥부분에 있어서의 다른쪽편의 탱크부에 출구 헤더를 장착하고, 코어부의 양쪽에 외벽판으로서의 사이드플레이트를 장착한 적층형 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 각 사이드플레이트의 상단부를 상기 입구 헤더의 하단부 및 상기 출구 헤더의 하단부에 각자 당접시킨것을 특징으로 하는 적층형열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사이드플레이트의 상단부에, 입구헤더 및 출구 헤더의 하단부가 당접하는 수평부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형열교환기.
- 출입구 탱크부와 코어부를 성형한 2장의 플레이트를 맞대어서 편평튜브를 형성하고, 이 튜브와 휜을 교호로 다수적층하는 동시에 좌우양쪽에 위치하는 상기 플레이트를 엔드플레이트로 하고, 이 엔드플레일의 유체출입구에 헤더를 장착하고, 이들을 납땜접합해서 이루어진 적층형 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 편평튜브의 탱브부의 납땜 접합부의 납땜필렛의 R을 0.2mm 이상으로 하는 동시에, 상기 플레이트와 엔드 플레이트의 상부 납땜 접합부의 납땜필렛과 상기 헤더와 엔드플레이트의 상부 납땜접합부의 납땜필렛과의 상하방향의 거리를 0.2mm 이하로한것을 특징으로 하는 적층형열교환기.
- 일단부에 유체의 출입구탱크부를 형성하는 동시에 이출입구 탱크부 사이에 유체유로를 성형해서 이루어진 프레스성형플레이트를 2장맞대어서 편평튜브를 형성하고, 이 편평튜브를 다수 적층해서 구성되는 적층형열교환기에 있어서, 상기 출입구 탱크부의 윗쪽절반을 타원형으로 한것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 열교환기.
- 출입구 탱크부와 코어부로 이루어진 편평튜브와 물결휜을 교호로 적층해서 구성되는 적층형열교환기의 상기출입구 탱크부의 유체출입구에 장착되고, 그폭방향치수에 대하여 상하방향치수가 크게되어 있는 편평단면형상을 가진 열교반기용 헤더에 있어서, 상하의 폭방향 변(@)을 원호형상으로 하고, 이 부분의 살두께를 상하방향면의 살두께보다 크게하는 동시에, 상하방향면에 형성하는 탱크부에의 연통구멍의 중심을 헤더중심에 대하여 편심시켜서 뚫어 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 헤더.
- 상기 헤더의 폭방향을 코어부의 바깥면과 거의 동일면으로 하고, 상변부는 탱크부의 상면과 거의 동일면으로한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 헤더.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
