Abstract
이 발명은 내화 경량체 형태로 된 섬유질 구조체에 관한 것임. 섬유질 구조체는 건강을 해치는 섬유를 거의 포함하고 있지 아니하며 일부 잔류하는 섬유는 물이나 체액에 의하여 쉽게 분해되므로 공해를 유발하지 아니함. 그러나 이 섬유질 구조체는 통상의 경량체와 같은 열적 및 기계적인 특성을 갖고 있음.
본 발명에 의한 섬유질 구조체는 CaO 20-50중량%와 Al2O350-80%의 비율로 된 CaO와 Al2O3를 섬유 전체 중량의 최소한 90중량% 포함하고 나머지는 최대 10중량%까지의 혼입 산화물을 포함하는 무기 섬유와 첨가액체인 물이나 수성 용액을 사용하여 제조함. 필요에 따라서는 통상의 내화 첨가물을 첨가하여 제조할 수도 있음.

Claims (5)
- CaO 20-50중량%와 Al2O350-80중량%의 비율로 된 CaO와 Al2O3를 섬유 전체 중량의 최소한 90중량% 포함하고 나머지 최대 10중량% 까지의 통상적인 혼입 산화물을 포함하는 무기 섬유와 첨가 액체인 물이나 수성액을 혼합하고 필요에따라 통상적인 내화 첨가물을 첨가하여 제조한 내화 경량체, 특히 판상 형태로된 섬유질 구조체.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 섬유들이 통상적인 혼입 산화물을 최대 5중량% 까지 포함함을 특징으로 하는 섬유질 구조체.
- 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에서, 사용된 섬유가 전체섬유 조성물의 무게를 기준으로 1.5중량% 이하의 SiO2를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 섬유질 구조체.
- 청구범위 1항 내지 3항 중의 한 항에서. 제조에 사용된 조성물이 전체 건조 조성물 무게를 기준으로 50중량%이하의 통상적인 내화 첨가물을 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 섬유질 구조체.
- 청구범위 1항 내지 4항 중의 한 항에 기재된 섬유질 구조체의 제조 방법에 있어서, 청구범위 1항에 기재된 섬유와 첨가물을 90 : 10 내지 50 : 50의 비율로 혼합하고 물을 가하여 성형용 조성물을 만들고 이 조성물로부터 성형체를 압축 성형하고 실온에서 숙성시켜 섬유들이 수화되어 수경성 결합이 형성되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 섬유질 구조체의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
