Abstract
이 발명은 무기 산화물섬유와 그 제조 방법 및 무기 산화물 섬유의 용도에 관계되는 것임. 본 발명의 무기 섬유는 물이나 생리 액체에 접촉하면 단시간내에 그들의 외형적인 섬유 구조가 없어지므로 인간의 생체 조직내에 무기 섬유가 장시간 존재하므로서 나타나는 건상상의 해로움이 없음. 이 섬유는 CaO 20-50중량%와 Al2O350-80중량 %로 된 것을 최소한 90중량%포함하고 나머지 10%까지는 통상의 오염 산화물로 조성됨을 특징으로 하고 있음.

Claims (9)
- 무기 섬유에 있어서 섬유가 CaO 20-50증랑%와 Al2O350-80중량%의 비을로 된 CaO와 Al2O3의 합계량이 전체 중량의 최소한 90중량%이고 나머지가 10중량% 이하의 통상의 혼입 산화물로 조성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 무기 섬유.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 통상의 혼입 산화물이 5중량% 이하임을 특징으고 하는 무기 섬유.
- 청구범위 1항에서. 섬유가 X-레이에서 최소한 60%가 무정형임을 특징으로 하는 무기 섬유.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 섬유가 1. 5중량% 이하의 SO2클 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 무기섬유.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 섬유의 직경이 최대 10㎛ 임을 특징으로 하는 무기 섬유
- 산화물로 된 조성물을 용융시키고 공지의 방법으로 섬유를 제조하는 무기 섬유 제조 방법에 있어서, 산화물로된 조성물이 CaO 20-50중량%와 Al2O350-80증량%의 비율로 되는 CaO와 Al2O3의 합계량이 최소한 90중랑%이고 나머지 10중량%까지가 통상의 혼입 산화물로 되는 무기 섬유를 얻을 수 있도록 알루미나와 생석회를 혼합하여서 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 무기 섬유 제조방법.
- 단열 섬유 매트, 섬유 성형체 또는 섬유질 구조체의 제조에 이용하는 청구범위 1항에 청구된 섬유의 용도.
- 세라믹 성형체용 시일 및 연결부 필러의 제조에 사용되는 청구범위 1항에 청구된 섬유의 용도.
