Claims (4)
- 거푸집(1)에 고밀도 콘크리트 슬러리(1차 슬러리)(2)를 타설하는 제1공정과, 상기 제1슬러리의 상면에 1차 보강재(3)를 덮는 제2공정과, 상기 1차 보강재 위에 아크릴 포리머 계열의 포트란트 시멘트용 접착강화제(4)를 도포하는 제3공정과, 1차 슬러리를 타설한 때로부터 20-40분 시간 경과후 상기 접착강화제(4) 상부에 경량 콘크리트 슬러리(2차 슬러리)(5)를 소요두께의 1/2만큼 타설하는 제4공정과, 2차 슬러리 상면에 철근(6)을 배설한후 그 위에 나머지 1/2의 경량 콘크리트 슬러리(2차 슬러리)(5)를 타설하고 표면을 미장 마감하는 제5공정과, 그리고 상기 공정들에 의해 타설된 콘크리트를 양생시키는 제6공정을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 복합 프리팹 콘크리트 판넬 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1차 슬러리(2)가 타설되는 거푸집(1)의 형상이 중앙에 코아부가 있는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 프리팹 콘크리트 판넬 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 1차 슬러리(2) 상면에 덮혀지는 보강재는 내알칼리제가 코팅된 유리섬유 강화수지 메쉬(F.R.P MESH)이고, 1차 슬러리에는 자연원석조각이나 산화철이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 프리팹 콘크리트 판넬 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 타설된 콘크리트를 양생시키는 방법은 스팀이나 열분사기를 이용하여 85℃에서 10-12시간 강제 양생시키거나, 26℃이상의 상온에서 3일간 자연양생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 프리팹 콘크리트 판넬 제조방법.
