제3도는 본 발명에 따른 실시예의 부분절개 사시도.

Claims (6)

  1. 일정의 거푸집에 고밀도콘크리트 슬러리(1차 슬러리)를 타설하고, 그 타설된 1차 슬러리 상면에 보강재를 덮은 후 그 위에 시멘트용 접착강화제를 표준 시방에 의거 도포하며, 1차 슬러리를 타설한 때로부터 20-40분 시차를 두어 경량콘크리트 슬러리를 시멘트용 접착강화제가 도포된 1차 슬러리 위에 소요두께의 1/2만큼 타설하고 그 위에 철근이나 철제 메쉬등의 보강제를 설치한 후 나머지 1/2의 2차 슬러리를 추가 타설하고 이를 양생시킴으로서 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 프펩 콘크리트 판넬 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 1차 슬러리가 타설되어지는 거푸집의 형상이 중앙에 코아부가 있는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 프리펩 콘크리트 판넬 제조방법.
  3. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 1차 슬러리 상면에 덮혀지는 보강재는 내알칼리제가 코팅된 섬유강화 수지 메쉬(F.R.P MESH)이고 1차 슬러리에는 자연원석 조각이나 산화철이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 프리팹 콘크리트 판넬 제조방법.
  4. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 타설된 콘크리트를 양생하는 방법이 스팀이나 열분사기를 이용하여 85℃에서 10-12시간 강제 양생시키거나 23℃이상의 상온에서 3일정도 자연양생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 프리팹 콘크리트 판넬 제조방법.
  5. 특허청구범위 제1항의 제조방법에 의하여 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 프리펩 콘크리트 판넬.
  6. 특허청구범위 제2항의 제조방법에 의하여 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 프리펩 콘크리트 판넬.
