Claims (2)
- 폴리에스터수지와 조골재, 세골재, 충전제, 반응개시제 및 가교제로 구성되는 폴리머 콘크리트 조성물에 있어서, 결합재 전체 중량의 10내지 20%(w/w)의 수축감소제가 포함되어 있는 불포화 폴리에스터수지 결합재 10내지 16%(w/w)와, 골재로서 비중이 큰 자갈이나 광산폐석의 조골재와 모래, 규사, 폐유리가루중에서 선택되는 세골재를 단독 혹은 혼합한 상태의 혼합물 60내지 80%(w/w)와, 충전재로서 플라이애쉬나 탄산칼슘 혹은 석분 8내지 16%(w/w)와, 0.1 내지 0.16%(w/w)의 가교제 및 반응 개시제로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치패널용 폴리머콘크리트 조성물.
- 단열재로 사용되는 발포폴리스틸렌의 표면부를 에폭시수지로 코팅처리한후, 코팅처리된 수지의 표면부를 불포화폴리에스테르수지로 택코팅하고, 택코팅이 완료된 발포수지를 거푸집에 넣어 그 외면부에 일정한 두께가 유지되도록 설치한 후, 결합재 전체 중량의 10내지 20%(w/w)의 수축감소제가 포함되어 있는 불포화 폴리에스터수지 결합재 10내지 16%(w/w)과, 조골재와 세골재를 단독 혹은 혼합한 상태의 혼합물 60내지 80%(w/w)과, 충전재로서 플라이애쉬나 탄산칼슘 혹은 석분 8내지 16%(w/w)와, 0.1 내지 0.16%(w/w)의 가교제 및 적당량의 반응개시제로 이루어진 폴리머콘크리트로 타설하여 양생시킴을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 단열패널의 제조방법.
