Abstract

본 발명은 a)폴리이소시아네이트 성분, b)하기 일반식 ( I )에 대응하는 화합물 1종 이상, 및 c) 이소시아네이트기와 히드록실기와의 반응을 위한 촉매인 주석 (Ⅳ)화합물 0.001 내지 5중량%(상기 성분 a) 및 b)의 중량 기준)를 함유하는 폴리우레아 코팅의 제조를 위한 코팅 조성물에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, X는 n의 원자가를 갖고 100℃이하의 온도에서 이소시아네이트기에 대하여 불활성인 유기기를 나타내고, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이한 것으로서, 100℃이하의 온도에서 이소시아네이트기에 대하여 불활성인 유기기를 나타내고, R3및 R4는 동일하거나 상이한 것으로서, 수소 또는 170℃이하의 온도에서 이소시아네 이 티기에 대하여 불활성인 유기기를 나타내고, n은 2이상의 값을 갖는 정수를 나타낸다.

Claims (7)

  1. a)폴리이소시아네이트 성분, b)하기 일반식(I)에 대응하는 화합물 1종 이상, 및 c)이소시아네이트기와 히드록실기와의 반응을 위한 촉매 인 주석 (7)화합물 0.001 내 지 5중량%(상기 성분 a) 및 b)의 중량 기준)를 함유 하는 폴리우레아 코팅의 제조를 위한 코팅 조성물에 관한 것이다.
    상기 식에서, X는 R의 원자가를 갖고 100℃이하의 온도에서 이소시아네이트기에 대하여 불활성인 유기기를 나타내고, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이한 것으로서, 100℃이하의 온도에서 이소시아네이르기에 대하여 불활성인 유기기률 나타내고, R3및 R4는 동일하거나 상이한 것으로서, 수소 또는 100℃이하의 온도에서 이소시아네이티기에 대하여 불활성인 유기기를 나타내고, n은 2이상의 값을 갖는 정수를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 R1및 R2가 메틸 또는 에틸기를 나타내고, R3및 R4가 수소를 나타내고 n이 2인 조성물.
  3. 제1는 2항에 있어서, 상기 X가 지방족, 아르지방족 또는 시를로지방족 디아민으로부터 아미노기를 제거함으로써 얻어지는 조성물.
  4. 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성분 a)와 b)의 비율이 성분 b)의 이소시아네이트 반웅성기에 대한 성분 a)이 이소시아네이트 기의 당량비가 약 0.8 : 1 내지 20 : 1이 되도록 계산되는 조성물
  5. 제1내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주석 (Ⅳ)화합물이 촉매의 부재 하에 이소시아네이티기와 히드록실기와의 반응에 비해 100의 비율로 이러한 기들간의 반응속도를 증가시키는 것인 조성물.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주석(W) 화합물이 에스떼르, 술피드, 비술피드, 티올 및(또는) 할라이드 기로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 기를 함유하는 디알킬 주석(7)화합물인 조성물.
  7. 제1 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주석(W) 화합물이 성분 a)및 b)의 중량을 기준으로 0/Ol 내지 1중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
