Claims (13)
- a)1,6-디이소시아네이토헥산의 올리고머화 반응생성물 20 내지 70중량%[이 올리고머화 반응생성물은 이소시아네이트 그룹용 차단제에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 차단된 이소시아네이트 그룹을 갖고, 오리고머화 반응생성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 일반식(I)에 상응하는 차단된 우레트디온 디이소시아네이트 50중량%이상을 함유한다], 및 b) b1)일반식 (Ⅱ)에 상응하는 비스페놀 A의 알콕실화 반응생성물 100중량부, b2)카스터오일 20 내지 200중량부, 및 b3)기타 유기 폴리하이도록실 화합물 0 내지 40중량부의 혼합물을 함유하는 폴리올 성분 30 내지 80중량%를 포함하는 결합제 조성물.

- 상기식에서, R은 일관응성 차단제로부터 활성 수소원자를 제거함으로써 형성된 잔기를 나타내고, R′은 수소 또는 메틸 그룹이며, n 은 평균하여 1 내지 2의 정수 또는 분수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일관능성 차단제와 부타논 옥심을 포함하는 결합제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분 b3)가 존재하며, 5 내지 200의 하이드록실가를 갖고 포릴하이드록시 폴리에테르, 폴리하이드록시 폴리에스테르, 폴리하이드록시 폴리아크릴레이트 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 결합제 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분 (b3)가 존재하며, 이의 하이드록실 가가 5내지 200이며 폴리하아드록시 폴리에테르, 폴리하이드록시 폴리에스테르, 폴리하아드록시 폴리아크릴레이트 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 결합제 조성물.
- i) a)1,6-디이소시아네이토헥산의 올리고머화 반응생성물 20 내지 70중량% [이 올리고머화 반응생성물은 이소시아네이트 그룹용 차단제에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 차단된 이소시아네이트 그룹을 갖고, 올리고머와 반응생성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 일반식(I)에 상응하는 차단된 우레트 디온 디이소시아네이트 50중량% 이상을 함유한다] 및 b) b1)일반식 (Ⅱ)에 상응하는 비스페놀 A의 알콕실화 반응생성물 100중량부, b2)카스터 오일 20 내지 200중량부 및 b3)기타 유기 폴리하이드록실 화합물 0 내지 40중량부의 혼합물을 함유하는 폴리올 성분 30 내지 80중량%를 포함하는 결합제 조성물로 내열성 기재를 피복하고, ⅱ)피복물을 90 내지 220℃에서 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 피복물의 제조방법.

- 상기식에서 R은 일관능성 차단제로부터 활성 수소원자를 제거함으로써 형성된 잔기를 나타내고, R′은 수소 또는 메틸 그룹이며, n은 평균하여 1내지 2의 정수 또는 분수이다.

- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분 b3)가 존재하며, 5 내지 200의 하이드록실 가를 갖고 폴리하이드록시 폴리에테르, 폴리하이드록시 폴리에스테르, 폴리하이드록시 폴리아크릴레이트 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분 b3)가 존재하고, 5 내지 200의 하이드록실 가를 갖고 폴리하이드록시 폴리에스테르, 폴리하이드록시 폴리에스테르, 폴리하이드록시 폴리아클리레이트 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
