Claims (10)

  1. 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트를 주성분으로 하는 지방족 또는 지환식 디이소시아네이트 화합물을, 일반식
    단, 식중의 R1,R2및 R3는 각각 탄소원자수가 1~20인 탄화수소기, 또는 1개 이상의 복소원자를 함유하는 탄화 수소기를 표시하고, 또한 R1,R2및 R3중의 적어도 2개가 서로 연결된 것이어도 좋으며, 또한 R4는 수소원자 또는 탄소원자수가 1~20인 탄화수소기를 표시하고, R5,R6및 R7은, 각각 탄소원자수가 1~20인 탄화수소기를 표시함으로써 나타내어진 이소시아누레이트화 촉매의 존재하에 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소시아누레이트형 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아누레이트화 촉매는 투여된 디이소시아네이트 화합물의 투입증량에 대하여 20~200ppm의 범위 내에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소시아누레이트형 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 디이소시아네이트 화합물이 2,2,4-트리메틸헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 및 도데카메틸렌 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되어진 적어도 1종의 화합물인 이소시아누레이트 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지환식 디이소시아네이트 화합물이, 1,4-시클로헥산디이소시아네이트 및 1,3-비스(이소시아네토메틸)-시클로헥산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되어진 적어도 1종의 화합물인 이소시아누레이트형 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아누레이트형 폴리이소시아네이트가 적어도 65 중량 %의 1핵체 폴리이소시아네이트를 함유하는 것인 이소시아네이트형 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  6. 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트를 주성분으로 하는 지방족 또는 지환족 디이소시아네이트 화합물을, (a)일반식 [1]
    단, 식중의 R1,R2및 R3는 각각 탄소원자수가 1~20인 탄화수소기, 또는 1개 이상의 복소원자를 함유하는 탄화 수소기를 표시하고, 또한 R1,R2및 R3중의 적어도 2개가 서로 연결된 것이어도 좋으며, 또한 R4는 수소원자 또는 탄화수소가 1~20인 탄화수소기를 표시하고, R5,R6및 R7은, 각각 탄소원자수가 1~20인 탄화수소기를 표시함. (b)탄화수소디올의 존재하에 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디올변성 이소시아누레이트형 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아누레이트화 촉매는 투여된 디이소시아네이트 화합물의 투입중량에 대하여 20~200ppm의 범위내에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디올변성 이소시아누레이트형 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 지방족 디이소시아네이트 화합물이 2,2,4-트리메틸헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 및 도데카 메틸렌 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되어진 적어도 1종의 화합물인 디올 변성이소시아누레이트형 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 지환식 디이소시아네이트 화합물이, 1,4-시클로헥산 디이소시아네이트 및 1,3-비스(이소시아네이토메틸)-시클로헥산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되어진 적어도 1종의 화합물인 디올변성 이소시아네이트형 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 디올변성 이소시아누레이트형 폴리이소시아네이트가 적어도 65중량 %인 1핵체 폴리이소시아네이트를 함유하는 것인 디올변성 이소시아누레이트형 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
