Abstract

본 발명에 의한 댐퍼기구는 실린더 1의 내부에 가동축 2, 역지변부 9d, 구획부 11c, 통유로 16등이 있고, 이들 역지변부 9d, 구획부 11c에 의하여 구획된 실린더 1내의 각 용적가변실 31, 32내에 작동유 10이 충진되어 있으므로, 가동축 2가 소정의 일방향에로 회전하는 때에 이것의 운동을 억제하는 완충작용이 생긴다.
본 발명에 의한 댐퍼기구의 경우 이러한 구성을 가지며, 이러한 작용을 하기 때문에 장기안정성, 내구성, 구조상의 경제성을 확보할 수가 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 실린더와 가동축과 가동변과를 포함하고 있는 것 및 가동변이 가동축의 길이방향에 연하여 배치되어서 가동축의 외주면에 요동자유롭게 착설되는 것 및 가동변을 구비한 가동축이 실린더내에 삽입되어서 이들 실린더와 가동축이 상대회전 가능하게 조합되어 있는 것 및 가동변의 선단과 실린더의 내벽면과가 접촉자유롭게 대응하고 있어 실린더내 벽면과 가동축 외주면과의 사이에 가동변을 이용한 역지변부가 형성되어 있을 것 및 실린더 내벽면과 가동축외주면과의 사이에 이들의 길이방향에 연하여 구획부가 형성 되어 있을 것 및 역지변부와 구획부와를 게재하여 실린더의 내부공간이 상대적으로 용적변화하는 복수의 용적가변실로 구획되고, 또 용적가변실 상호가 이들의 경계부에 형성된 통유로를 게재하여 연통되어 있을 것 및 이들 용적가변실내에 작동유가 충진되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실린더의 내부공간이 1쌍 이상의 역지변부와 구획부와를 게재하여 2개이상의 용적가변실로 구획되는 댐퍼기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 플랩형상의 가동변이 밸브홀더를 게재하여 가동축의 외주면에 요동자유롭게 착설되어 있는 댐퍼기구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 구획부가 실린더의 내벽면측에서 가동축의 외주면측을 향하여 돌출한 블럭 형상의 구획부재에 의하여 형성되는 댐퍼기구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 구획부재가 실린더 내벽면과 가동축외주면과의 사이를 이동할 수 있게 실린더 내벽면에 구비시켜서 된 댐퍼기구.
  6. 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 용적가변실상호의 통유로가 실린더 내벽면과 구획부재 선단면과의 사이에 형성된 댐퍼기구.
