제1도는 본 발명의 청구범위 제1항에 의한 절첩식 베드용 댐퍼의 일실시예를 도시한 종단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 분해사시도, 제3도는 (a),(b),(c),(d),(e),(f)는 동실시예의 정전, 역전시에 있어서의 각 작동상태 설명도.

Claims (2)

  1. 원통형으로 하여 내주벽면의 일부에 돌설부가 돌설되어 있는 케이싱내에 장측방향의 외경이 케이싱의 내경보다도 작은 회전익이 베드등과 함께 회전자재하게한 회전측과 일체로 소정각도 만큼 정전, 역전가능하도록 배설되고, 상기 케이싱내의 고점성류체가 당해 케이싱, 회전익 사이에 배재되어 있음과 함께 상기 회전익에는 그 회전방향으로 관통되고, 또 정역, 역전에 의하여 서로 역방향으로의 개폐동작이 되는 역지변을 각각 구비하고 있는 한쌍의 통로를 형성하고, 일방 상기 케이싱의 내주벽면에 있어서 상기 회전축의 정전, 역전의 각 회전초기시에 상기 회전익의 외주면에 대항하는 부위에 돌벽부가 각각 돌설되어 있음과 함께, 상기 돌설부에 케이싱내의 구분된 당해 돌설부에 인접되게 장설된 2실의 연통가능하게 관통되고, 서로 역방향으로의 개폐동작을 하는 역지변과, 고점성류체의 유량조절변을 구비한 한쌍의 통로가 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 절첩베드등용 댐퍼.
  2. 원통형이며, 내주벽면의 일부가 돌설부가 돌설되어 있는 케이싱내에, 장측방향의 외경이 케이싱의 내경보다도 작은 회전역이 베드등과 함께 회전자재하게한 회전측과 일체로서 소정각도 만큼 정전, 역전가능하도록 배설되고, 상기 케이싱내의 고점성류체가 당해 케이싱, 회전익 사이에 배재됨과 동시에 상기 회전익에는 그 회전방향에 관통되고, 또, 정전, 역전에 의하여 서로 역방향으로의 개폐동작이 되는 역지변을 각각 구비하고 있는 한쌍의 통로를 형성하고, 일방, 상기 케이싱의 내주벽면에 있어 상기 회전축에 정전, 역전의 각 회전초기시에 상기 회전익의 외주면에 대항하는 부위에 돌벽부가 각각 설치됨과 함께 상기 돌설부에는 케이싱내을 당해 돌설부에 인접장치하여 구분한 2실이 연통되도록 관통의 상부통로와, 이 상부통로와 양단부 및 그 도중에 각각의 연통공에 의하여 연통되어 있는 하부통로가 설치되고, 상기 상부통로와 하부통로의 양단부에 관통되어 있는 각 조절나사측과 여기에 삽통되어서 상기 하부통로내에서 동 통로의 고점 성류체에 의하여 상기 연통공측에 이동가능하도록 배설된 각가동변과 상기 케이싱의 뚜껑판에 나입된 조절나사에 일단이 지지되어서 상기 가동변에 대하여 고점성류체의 정역의 흐름에 각각 저항하는 방향에서 가세되는 스프링에 의하여 한쌍의 제어변이 형성되어 있음과 함께, 상기 상부통로의 도중에 있어서의 연통공부위에, 상기 회전익의 정전, 역전시에 있어 상부통로에 있어서의 고점성류체의 각각 유동방향 하류측을 폐쇄동작하는 고점성류체의 유동방향 변환용인 조절변이 설치되어 있는 절첩베드용 댐퍼.
