제 4 도는 종래 베인펌프의 개략구성을 도시한 정단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 하우징의 내주공간에 편심한 상태로 회전자재하게 축지된 로터와 이 로터에 요설된 다수의 베인홈에 돌몰자재하게 배설된 판상의 베인을 가지고, 로터 및 베인의 회전에 따른 각 베인사이의 작동공간이 반복하여 용적변화하는 것을 이용하여 유체를 한쪽에서 흡입하여 다른쪽으로 토출하는 구조에 있어서, 하우징의 양 단벽 내측에 하우징 내주면과 동축적으로 또한 회전자재하게 설치한 결합부와 베인에 설치한 결합부를 직경방향으로 서로 결합시켜 하우징 내주면으로 향하는 베인의 튀어나오는 것을 규제하는 구조를 가지는 동시에 베인을 비교적 취약성이 높은 재료로 제작하여 하우징 내주면에 거친면으로 마무리한 것을 특징으로 하는 베인펌프.
