Claims (4)
- 제1회전축에 연결된 하우징, 제2회전축에 연결됨과 동시에 상기 하우징내에 회전자재로 수용되어 이 하우징과의 사이에 펌프실을 형성하는 회전자, 상기 회전자에 그 반경방향을 따라 미끄럼 이동가능하게 설치됨과 동시에 상기 펌프실을 형성하는 상기 하우징의 내면에 미끄럼 접촉하고 이 펌프실을 토출축실과 흡입측실로 나누어주는 복수의 베인, 이 베인의 상기 반경 방향내측으로 되는 저부가 면하도록 상기 회전자에 형성됨과 동시에 상기 양회전축의 상대회전에 의해 상기 토출축실에서 가압된 작동 유체가 공급되는 유압실을 구비한 것에 있어서, 상기 토출축실로부터 흡입측실로 상기 작동 유체의 일부를 유출시키는 소통로를 상기 펌프실에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 연결장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소통로가 상기 베인의 상기 펌프실에 돌출하는 부분에서 이 베인을 관통하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 연결장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소통로가 상기 베인의 상기 펌프실에 돌출하는 부분에서 이 베인의 외주 모리의 일부를 절결하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 연결장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소통로가 상기 회전자의 회전방향에 따른 상기 펌프실의 양단에 형성된 2개의 포트 사이에 걸쳐서 상기 하우징의 상기 내면에 홈을 설치하는 것에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 연결장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
