Abstract

쿠션링의 위치를 변경하고, 쿠션링의 외주를 통하여 유량을 변경하여, 피스톤의 가속·감속의 시기와 가속·감속의 크기를 조정할 수 있도록 함을 과제로 한다.
실린더 튜브의 단부에 중공의 쿠션링이 배설되고, 쿠션링은 피스톤의 중공부내에 삽입할 수 있도록 배치되고, 쿠션링의 외면에 사인함수홈이 형성된 속도 제어 기구가 부착된 롯드리스 실린더에 있어서, 쿠션링이 축방향의 위치를 롯드리스 실린더의 외부로 부터 조절할 수 있도록 하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. 실린더 튜브의 단부에 중공의 쿠션링이 배설되고, 쿠션링은 피스톤의 중공부내에 삽입할 수 있도록 배치되고, 쿠션링의 외면에 사인함수홈이 형성된 속도 제어 기구가 부착된 롯드리스 실린더에 있어서, 쿠션링이 축방향의 위치를 롯드리스 실린더의 외부로 부터 조절할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 속도제어기구가 부착된 롯드리스실린더.
  2. 실린더 튜브의 단부에 중공의 쿠션링이 배설되고, 쿠션링은 피스톤의 중공부내에 삽입할 수 있도록 배치되고, 쿠션링의 외면에 사인함수홈이 형성된 롯드리스 실린더에 있어서, 쿠션링이 중공샤프트의 외측에 외각링을 회동자재하게 감합시켜서 구성되고, 중공샤프트의 외면에 사인함수홈이 형성되고, 외각링에 세로구멍이 형성되고, 외각링과 중공샤프트가 이루는 각도를 변경함으로서 사인함수홈의 개구량을 조절할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 속도제어기구가 부착된 롯드실린더.
