1은 실린더, 2는 피스턴로드 3은 삽입공, 4,6,7은 유로, 5는 피스턴, 8,9는 감쇠력 발생기구, 10은 통형부재, 11,11'는 오리시스통, 12,12',17은 유통로, 13은 오리피스(제1의 오리피스), 14는 조정로드, 15,15'는 셔터, 16은 절결부, 18은 첵밸브, 19는 오리피스(제2의 오리피스), 20,22는 유통공, 21은 밑뚜껑, A,B는 유실.

Claims (1)

  1. 실린더와, 축방향으로 삽입공이 뚫리며, 한쪽이 실린더안에 삽입되고 다른쪽은 그 실린더 밖에 돌출된 피스턴 로드와, 그 피스턴 로드의 한쪽에 고착되어 실린더 안을 2개의 유실로 구획 형성시키는 피스턴과, 그 피스턴에 의해 구획 형성된 2개의 유실 사이를 연통하는 유통로와, 그 유통로의 도중에 설치되어 제1의 오리피스가 지름방향으로 뚫린 오리피스통과, 전기 삽입공을 거쳐 삽입되며 피스턴 로드의 다른쪽으로 부터 회동조작되는 조정로드와, 제1 오리피스의 개구면적을 증감시킴에 따라 감쇠력을 조정하기 위하여 조정로드에 설치된 감쇠력 조정용 셔터로서 구성된 감쇠력 조정식 유압완충기에 있어서, 오리피스통의 의주쪽에는 피스턴로드의 축소행정에서만 지름방향 바깥쪽으로 지름이 벌어져서 제1오리피스부터의 유액을 유통케하는 첵밸브를 설치하고 그 첵밸브에는 제1오리피스와 대응하는 위치에 제2의 오리피스를 뚫게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 조정식 유압 완충기.
