Claims (3)

  1. 유압 완충기에 있어서, 실린더와, 2개의 액체실 안으로 실린더의 내부를 분할하고 실린더내의 대향방향에서 미끄럼 가능하도록 배치된 피스톤과, 피스톤이 대향방향에서 움직일 때 감쇄력을 발생하기 위하여 피스톤상에 설치된 감쇄력 발생 밸브 기구를 포함하고, 상기 밸브 기구는 피스톤상에 형성된 환형 밸브 시이트와 피스톤이 다른 방향에서 움직일 때 밸브 시이트상에 위치하고 피스톤이 상기 한방향에서 움직일 때 밸브시이트로부터 분리되도록 배열된 디스크 밸브를 구비하며, 그안에 상기 감쇄력 발생 밸브 기구는 피스톤이 다른 방향에서 움직일 때 디스크 밸브상에서 작용한 배압을 수용하기 위한 디스크 밸브로 인접하게 배치된 백업 디스크를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 완충기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 백업 디스크는 피스톤과 디스크 밸브 사이에 고정하게 끼워지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 완충기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 백업 디스크는 피스톤의 축방향에서 이동가능하며 피스톤으로부터 떨어진 디스크 밸브와 한 측면에 배치하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 완충기.
